大專院校學生運動參與和希望感之關係研究:以心流為中介變項

摘要


本研究旨在了解大專院校學生之運動參與程度與希望感間的相關情形,並探討心流是否具有中介效果。為瞭解上述的研究動機,本研究採問卷調查法,以全臺灣的大專院校學生為對象,共收集有效樣本523 人,以「運動參與程度量表」、「希望感量表」及「流暢體驗量表」為研究工具,利用 SPSS 22.0統計套裝軟體進行獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、pearson積差相關、線性迴歸及拔靴法等統計方法進行分析處理,研究結果如下: 一、不同年齡之大專院校學生在運動參與程度和希望感具顯著差異。 二、不同性別認同之大專院校學生在運動參與程度、希望感及心流具顯著差異。 三、不同就讀區域之大專院校學生在運動參與程度和心流具顯著差異。 四、不同就讀身分之大專院校學生在運動參與程度和希望感具顯著差異。 五、大專院校學生之運動參與和心流具顯著正相關。 六、大專院校學生之希望感和心流具顯著正相關。 七、大專院校學生之運動參與能顯著預測心流。 八、大專院校學生之心流能顯著預測希望感。 九、心流在運動參與和希望感間具有中介效果 最後,研究者依據本研究結果進行分析、討論,並提出具體建議作為大專院校學生、諮商輔導工作及未來研究之參考。

This study aims to explore the relationships between college students’ exercise participation and hope, investigating the mediation of the flow experience. To understand the motivation mentioned above, this study used the questionnaire survey procedure, and a total of 523 Taiwan college students participated in the survey. The instruments applied in this study included the Exercise Participation Scale, the Hope Scale, and the Flow Experience Scale. The study data was analyzed through independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson product moment correlation analysis, linear regression analysis, and the bootstrapping. The findings were summarized follow: (1) There were significant differences in exercise participation and hope regarding the age in college students (2) There were significant differences in exercise participation, hope, and flow experience regarding the gender identity in college students. (3) There were significant differences in exercise participation and flow experience regarding the school area in college students. (4) There were significant differences in exercise participation and hope regarding the academic degree in college students. (5) There were significant and positive correlations between exercise participation and flow experience in college students. (6) There were significant and positive correlations between hope and flow experience in college students. (7) The predictability of exercise participation on flow experience was significant. (8) The predictability of flow experience on hope was significant. (9) There was a mediating role of flow experience between exercise participation and hope. This study comes to a conclusion and these findings offer suggestions and perspectives to future research and practitioners.
