為使學生能有因應社會之能力,具備未來社會之需求,教師如何運用教學轉化、落實在課程實施上,將有賴學校團隊研發創新教學方案,因此在不斷的精進的過程中,可見教學卓越方案之重要性。本研究設計以2014-2018教學卓越金質獎得獎學校之方案資料為基礎,旨在探究教學方案之領域與議題分佈、團隊經營模式、教學策略、方案成效,以及在十二年國教新課程綱要總綱三面九項之呈現。本研究採用描述性統計分析以及內容分析法進行資料的分析與討論。 茲將研究結果臚列如下: 壹、國小教學卓越金質獎方案,在學習領域方面多為藝術、自然與綜合;於議題探討方面,則以資訊與環境居多。 貳、團隊經營在願景目標與團隊互助都是不可或缺的。 參、金質獎得獎學校多數採取創新的方式,促進師生教與學的愉快氛圍。 肆、在家庭、學校、社區三方共同創新與努力下,可讓學生在未來更有自信。 伍、將自發、互動、共好融入於方案中,可建立學生應有的素養。 最後,針對教育部與評審、參加學校及研究者提出務實之建議,並作為參考之用。
With the purpose of students acquiring the social adaptability and the needs of future society, as a teacher, how to apply to transfer teaching into curriculum implementation will rely on the school team to innovate new teaching schemes. Therefore, the significance of Eminent Teaching schemes can be seen in the progress of continuous improvement. The research design based on the data of prize-winning scheme of Gold Medal “Eminent Teaching” from 2014 to 2018. The aims of this study are to explore the field and topic distribution of teaching schemes, team management model, teaching strategies, scheme effectiveness, and the present of the three principles nine issues of 12-Year Basic Curricula. This study adopted descriptive statistical analysis and content analysis to analyze and discuss the data. The results of the research are listed as following: 1. The elementary school Gold Medal Eminent Teaching Schemes mostly focused on art, science and integrated activities in the learning perspective and based on information and environment in topic discussion perspective. 2. Both visionary goals and team mutual assistance are indispensable in team management. 3. Gold Medal prize-winning schools mostly adopted innovative method to improve the pleasant atmosphere of teacher-students’ teaching and learning. 4. With the joint innovation and efforts of the family, school, and community, students can be more confident in the future. 5. Integrate taking the initiative, engaging the public, seeking the common good into the schemes can establish core competence. Finally, provide practical suggestions for the Ministry of Education, reviewers, participating schools, and researchers, and serve as references.
