國民中學教師學習領導、專業學習社群參與和組織公民行為關係之研究-以桃園市為例

A Study of the Relationship among Junior High School Teachers’ Leadership for Learning, Teachers Participating Professional Learning Community and Teachers’ Organizational Citizenship Behavior:Take Taoyuan City as an Example

摘要


本研究旨在探討桃園市國中教師學習領導、專業學習社群參與與組織公民行為 之現況,分析不同背景變項之差異及相關,並瞭解三者間的因果關係。本研究採取的 研究方法為問卷調查法,以 109 學年度桃園市 60 所公立國民中學教師為本研究對 象,以分層隨機抽樣方式,抽取 715 位教師為研究樣本,以自編之「桃園市國中教師 學習領導、專業學習社群參與與組織公民行為問卷」為研究工具實施調查研究。資料 處理以描述性統計、平均數分析、單因子變異數分析、皮爾遜積差相關與結構方程模 式等統計方法進行資料分析。本研究結果歸納如下: 一、桃園市國中教師學習領導現況達到「高」的程度;教師專業學習社群參與現 況達到「高」的程度;教師組織公民行為現況達到「高」的程度。 二、不同背景變項之受試者對教師學習領導、教師專業學習社群參與與組織公民 行為知覺有所差異。 三、國中教師學習領導與教師專業學習社群參與為高度正相關;國中教師學習 領導與組織公民行為為高度正相關;國中教師專業學習社群參與與組織公民行 為為高度正相關。 四、國中教師學習領導、專業學習社群參與與組織公民行為間具有因果關係, 專業學習社群參與是國中教師學習領導與組織公民行為的中介變項。

This study is aimed to explore the current situation, different backgroundvariables, correlations, and intermediary effect among teachers' leadership for learning, participating professional learning community and organizational citizenship behavior in Taoyuan City. We used a self-designed survey questionnaire and collected 715 samples from 60 schools. Collected data are analyzed by the statistical methods of independent t-test, descriptive statistics, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation and SEM. The results can be concluded as follows: 1. The level of junior high school teachers' leadership for learning is high; participating professional learning community is high and organizational citizenship behavior is high in Taoyuan. 2. Teachers with different background variables have significantly different perception to the three factors. 3. There is a significantly positive correlation between teachers’ leadership for learning and participating professional learning community. And there is a positive correlation between teachers’ leadership for learning and organizational citizenship behavior. Moreover, there is a significantly positive correlation between teachers’ participating professional learning community and organizational citizenship behavior. 4. “Teachers' participating professional learning community” is a moderate variable between junior high school teachers’ leadership for learning and organizational citizenship behavior.
