榫卯工藝創新跨域應用之探討-以榫卯見學計畫為例

榫卯發明至今已有上千年歷史，運用從建築、室內設計，小至玩具、工藝品等等所不在。但在現實中因為對於製作上費時、費工、高成本、職人技術的斷層、材料環境因素的考量而限制了榫卯的運用，以榫卯家具為主要營運項目的企業更是不容易，而永興家具事業卻在此困境背景下，成功的營運至今一甲子，致力於榫卯工藝的傳承，以傳承、圓融、跨界、共享的理念經營著，而隨著時代的進步，各產業亦朝著跨域合作的方向發展，在此時代背景下於2018年永興家具事業與室內設計產業合作了「榫卯見學計畫」的活動。台灣隨著環境的快速變化，產業跨域整合將成為趨勢，本研究以此計畫為研究案例，探討跨域的定義，研究雙方產業的現況及趨勢，擬定以下三個研究目的，分析不同專業養成背景下產生本質上的差異、不同產業溝通上的問題、跨域合作為雙方帶來的效益。將所獲之資料歸納整理於結論中，並依發現之問題給予建議，期盼此研究資料能有助於日後相關研究及跨域合作計畫應用與參考。

Tongue and Groove innovation has been over thousand years. It is applied in Architecture, Interior Design, even, small toys for children, and traditional crafts. However, there are some negative factors, such as working time consuming, labor intensive, higher cost, the break of skill talents, and the log materials cannot easy to obtain, to limit the development and continuity. Yung Shing Furniture, nevertheless, has been operating the skills successfully over six decades. Yung Shing has also focused on the inheritance concept of Tongue and Groove by Mellow, Sharing, and Crossover ideas. In 2018, moreover, Yung Shing Furniture hosted the Tongue and Groove Event with Interior Design Industry. By environment rapidly change, industry integration is a trend in the whole world. Therefore, this research includes some related investigations, crossover definitions, and explore the industry trend in the near future. Moreover, there are three purposes of this research. First, analysis the essentially differences among various professional areas. Secondly, the communication issues. Third, the crossover profits. All the information, results and suggestions are organized into the conclusion chapter. Hopefully, this research can help some other related studies and similar plan applications.
