本研究擬回答:透過共同學習是否能獲致更佳之合作績效?倘若此模式可行,共同學習係如何影響夥伴間合作之績效?本研究透過競合觀點重新檢視共同學習與合作績效之間的關係。本研究採問卷調查進行資料蒐集,以垂直、水平合作體系之廠商作為研究對象,共計發放406份問卷,回收之有效問卷共150份,回收率達36.9%。運用SEM 進行資料之分析結果發現:1.透過共同學習建立合作機制,進行知識整合和交流,從而能建立夥伴間長期性之互信關係,對合作績效會產生正向之影響;2.同質性和共同知識基礎為共同學習與合作績效間的重要中介變數,對合作績效均會產生正向之影響;3.水平合作關係與垂直合作關係對共同學習的過程均會產生調節效果,垂直合作關係調節效果,強於水平合作關係,兩者間具有顯著之差異。承上述之研究結果,本研究賡續討論研究發現之理論意涵暨實務上的應用價值。 關鍵字:競合理論、共同學習、合作績效、共同知識基礎、同質性
This study re-examines the relationship between joint learning and collaborative performance by the len of coopetition. This paper can contribute to existing literature by answering the following two research questions: Does joint learning enhance collaborative performance? If yes, how and under what conditions that joint learning facilitate collaborative performance in strategic alliance. Survey was used to collect data and 406 questionnaires were distributed to firms, which involved in vertical and/or horizontal strategic alliance. After six month follow-up procedure, 150 valid questionnaires were collected, for a response rate of 36.9%. Empirical results indicate that (1) Joint learning can have positive effect on collaborative performance through the establishment of common knowledge base (2) Although this paper suggest that homogeneity between partners may have negative mediating effect on the relationship between joint learning and collaborative performance, the empirical result does not support this hypothesis. (3) Horizontal and vertical collaboration have moderating effects on joint learning, with vertical partnerships producing a significantly stronger moderating effect than horizontal partnerships. The theoretical implications and practical application value of these findings are discussed herein. The scanning electron microscopy analysis results revealed the following.
