摘要

嘉義縣新港文教基金會之《新港文教基金會會訊》於1989年4月創刊，以手寫印刷，30年的歲月過去，直至現今仍持續發行，新港文教基金會會訊與「地方誌」類型刊物，有著相似的用途，讓旅外在世界各地的新港鄉民能得到新港最新訊息的與變革，並且透過會訊拉近鄉民之間情誼發行至各個關懷愛護新港鄉的鄉民手中。
本研究以刊物編排為設計主題。藉由文獻分析刊物編排的要素與研究相關案例之資料，彙整新港文教基金會101年6月至109年12月會訊相關內容資訊，透過分析資料應用於新港文教基金會會訊設計當中，期盼能以嶄新的設計風格，吸引更多讀者關注嘉義縣新港鄉的人文風情。

Hsin Kang Foundation of Culture Education newsletter started to publish in April,1989 with handwriting copies by Hsin Kang Foundation of Culture Education in Chiayi County. It has been kept publishing for 30 years. The Hsin Kang Foundation of Culture Education newsletter has similar use with chorography. It makes the villagers of Hsin Kang who travel around the world can get the news and changes from hometown. It also boosts the relationship between villagers who concern about Hsin Kang through this publication.

The topic of this research is publication design. In this research I integrated the contents and relevant information of Hsin Kang Foundation of Culture Education newsletter from June, 101 to December, 109, by analyzed the ingredients of publication design and researched related case materials. The purpose of this research is attracting more readers to pay their attention on the cultural customs of Hsin Kang village through the data analyze and apply to the design of Hsin Kang Foundation of Culture Education newsletter.
