The design of property management to a residential project has a crucial influence on the aspect of future use of the property. This research is based on the comparison analysis among traffic flow, space management, facility plan, service positioning and cost maintenance by two residential projects. The conclusion of the comparison analysis shows that the timing to the design of property management is critical and the best suitable time is from the very beginning stage of the project design. We can solve the traffic flow and manage the space at the stage of project design. It will help to improve the professional aspect of visualization, maintenance and management for the property.
