供應鏈架構下整合規劃排程系統之問題解析

摘要


現今應用系統中針對企業的整體資源規劃,大多數仍沿用傳統的MRP運算邏輯,但是這種邏輯的缺點為:循序性的規劃方式、假設企業產能無限以及無法正確掌握可行的物料取得前置時間等,規劃的結果往往不能夠作為現場實際生產的依據;為了能在企業的有限資源限制下有效的規劃供需平衡,本研究將以建構「供應鏈下整合規劃與排程系統」為主,在考慮產能及物料限制下運用數學整數規劃的方式以及排程觀念,搭配Ilog Solver TM 、Ilog Schedule TM 軟體為運算工具,發展出「供應鏈規劃層」、「製造生產規劃層」、「生產排程規劃層」三大規劃層,進行企業整體不同層次的生產規劃與排程。 綜合言之,本研究的內容可列如下: (1)以產能與物料的限制下發展供應鏈下整合規劃與排程系統,(2)以功能和策略規劃時間週期為基礎,劃分系統為三大功能模組,(3)發展三階段式規劃求解程序,輔助「供應鏈架構下整合規劃排程系統」之設計;最後將運用其概念,建立一以成本極小化為目標的生產規劃與資源分配模式,並應用在多廠生產的環境中。

Abstract Under the tendency in development of global logistics, the subject of global logistics, the subject of planning and control required by business enterprises includes the complete resource order of the supplier and the customer, the sphere of planning extends from the business enterprise itself to the coordination of cooperation mechanism of other enterprises; this newly introduced relationship mentioned above is what we called "supply chain" structure. So the category of Production management, developing from the Production control and gradually forming the concept of "Supply chain management". Nevertheless, the applied systems used nowadays focuses on the resource planning of business enterprises, are on a large scale using the rather traditional MRP calculation logics, but this type of logic has certain shortcomings: The step by step planning method, for example, if an enterprises' production capacity is boundless and the time of receipt of materials seemed unpredictable, the results of planning usually cannot be put in parallel in accordance with the actual production; in order to set an effective plan and balance under the limited resources of a business enterprise, our research shall primarily establish "control planning and ranking systems under the supply chain management". The decisions made for limitations of materials and production capacity by using mathematics integral number planning method and scheduling ranking concept, which comes with I log Solver TM , I log Schedule TM soft wares as calculation tools, which could develop into "supply chain planning sector", "manufacturing production planning sector" and "production scheduling planning sector". The above three sectors proceeds into the business enterprises' different sectors concerning production planning and scheduling. In general, the content of our research are as follows: 1. The scheduling planning of the development of supply chain using production capacity and the limitations of materials. 2. Using functional and tactical planning per time cycle as a basis, dioiding the system into three functional models. 3. To develop a three level type problem solving procedure, in aid of a design called "Scheduling planning ranking system under supply chain structure"; Lastly, to utilize such concept, one needs to as a goal concerning production planning and resource division for mate, so able to apply to multi-factory manufacturing environments.
