影響研發機構技術人員創業行為相關因素之研究--以中科院為例

摘要


摘 要 知識經濟時代的特徵是旺盛的創新與創業行為,能充分發揮人力資源的潛能,熟練的運用新知識去改造舊有的經營模式、創新市場需求。近年來台灣集團企業為求成長,急切想跨足科技產業的作法,與法人機構中具有技術背景的研究人員創業熱潮互為輝映;使得技術人員離職創業方面的研究,成為技術擴散與科技產業發展的重要課題。 本文則針對國防研發機構技術人員利用原單位技術離職創業的創業行為加以分析研究。作者擬以一個實際從事研發人員的觀點,以本研究所提出的觀念性創業模式架構,對具有不同技術的創業家進行個案訪談。並依照創業模式中所考慮相關因素,提出下列命題。 1.個人背景與特質部分:技術創業公司中,創業家都具有相關專長的學歷及該產業的技術能力;創業家的創業前的工作經歷,對創業行為有正面的影響。 2.環境部分:科專計畫對於鼓勵科技型產業創業有直接相關; 創業時的景氣榮枯,對創業家創業行為並無決定性影響。 3.原組織部分:創業家認知到他在原組織無發展可能時,會刺激其創業意願;原組織不穩定時,會引發創業家創業意願;創業家會充分應用其原組織的技術,進行技術創業。 4.技術因素部分:技術創業者都高度重視智慧財產權的管理; 技術創業者都高度重視技術商品化的速度;技術創業者初期重視技術團隊的建立,重於其他功能。 5.創業行為部分:創業家初期資本,主要來自於個人儲蓄;創業初期的市場模式,都是以差異化產品切入利基市場。 6.成功關鍵因素部分:創業成功的關鍵性因素,在於建立起一流的創業團隊。

The defining qualities of our so-called knowledge-economy are constant innovation and fearlessness of starting a new business. These qualities are active in a way that they expand the existing human-resource, re-shape old business model and create new demand. In recent years, Taiwanese corporate groups desperately try to get a share in high-technology industry , pursuing further growth and profit. At the same time, the research staff of R&D organizations never hesitate to start their own business, using their own professions. Under the circumstances, the study, regarding technicians and researchers leaving their field for commercial business, becomes vital if we want to learn more about technologic spin-off and industrial development. This article focuses mainly on technicians and staff members who originally worked in national defense R&D. The writer who is a researcher himself , uses a conceptual start-up model to interview some researcher-turned-entrepreneurs with some correlative topics according to this model. Conclusions are given as followers: 1. Personal background and speciality part: * The entrepreneurs in this case need to have the professional knowledge and technology to ensure the company's success. * The work experience of the entrepreneurs are positive affect the new business. 2. Environment part: *Government project has direct correlation to encourages entrepreneurs to start-up in hi-tech industry directly. *The economics down-fall or up-rise have no decisive influence on the decision of start-up. 3. Original organization part: * The entrepreneurs recognized that if impossible to success in his original firm,will stimulate the volition on entrepreneurship. * The unsettled original firm will bring about entrepreneur's desire to establish a new enterprise. *They would fully apply what they knew or learned while already familiar in original firm to start-up the new business. 4. Technical factor part: * These hi-tech entrepreneurs pay much attention to intellectual property management. *They care about the speed of commercializing of technology. * the technical entrepreneurs emphasize the team work on technical field at initial stage more than other functions. 5. Start-up behavior part: * The capital to start up mainly comes from entrepreneur's own saving. *Early-stage marketing strategy focuses on the differences with others in the effort of taking-up market share. 6. Key Factor of Success: * The key factor of a successful enterprise depend upon outstanding team working members.
