摘要

本研究對於近年來各企業中熱門的企業資源規劃系統(Enterprise Resource Planning，ERP)導入企業之議題，使用一套ERP商用軟體-- J.D.Edward One World，針對ERP其中之一個WorkFlow模組，如何與企業做整合，有深入的分析。

在目前競爭激烈的市場下，電子文件(電子的計劃文件、電子訂單或工程更改文件)於ERP系統所占的比例相當高，如何在要求的時間按照規定好的路線傳遞到指定的人員的問題就會產生，因此採用工作流程管理(WorkFlow)進行控制，能達成此一需求，因此，設置一支便利性高、執行效率快且具備安全性的WorkFlow，是ERP導入企業後，另一個重要議題。

本論文即會針對目前廠商的需求，設置一支符合現在廠商之需求，讓WorkFlow對企業達到大幅提高企業效率的遠景。

In this competition impetuosity place, electronic document has high percent of using on Enterprise Resource Planning. There will appear a question of how to send message to appointed people following appointed line before regulative time. Then we use workflow to control, attaining this demand. It is another important question of building a high-convenience, high-efficiency and high-safety workflow.
