論文名稱:以一般系統理論探討領導者特質之研究 校(院)所組別:私立中原大學商學院企業管理研究所 研究生:蘇純儀 指導教授:顧志遠 論文中文摘要內容: 本研究旨在以「一般系統理論」探討領導者特質之本質,以建立領導者特質模式,並進一步透過領導者型態之特質組合所存在的差異性及其所具特質之強弱度之分析來了解與詮釋不同領導型態之根本之本質差異。而研究方法乃採問卷調查法與文獻回顧法,將自編之問卷以「領導者特質之內在領導特質」與「領導者特質之外在領導表現之特性」各分為A卷及B卷之問卷調查,均以企業之中高階經理人為研究對象。 共計發A卷與B卷90份,問卷回收率為46%。根據問卷調查資料分析結果以敘述統計與比例分析等相關等統計方法得到以下結論: 一ヽ系統科學與管理科學之對應與整合 以內觀的觀點來分析與整合管理科學進而發展出一套新的知識系統。 運用八大特性分析比較領導特質管理意涵,作為內在本質詮釋之根本基礎。 彌補了因不同研究論點與產業特性所造成的不平衡的缺憾。 二ヽ以系統觀所建構之領導者特質模式應用與發現 可運用於組織,發展出針對潛在領導者之一套可解釋、預測、控制與規劃之人力策略。 待企業找出就組織情境所需領導者型態後,強化其欠缺或不足之領導者特質。
The major purpose of the study was to explore the leadership traits in view of General System Theory. To accomplish the purpose, the author utilized general survey research and literature review method with questionnaire entitled “ Leader’s internal traits & Leader’s external traits”, that targeted on middle to high level of managers and supervisors in the corporate. The responded data was analyzed by descriptive statistics and percentage analysis. The following summary was concluded by Author’s discoveries. 1. The correspondence & integration between System Science and Management Science. (1). Analyzed and integrated Management Science with insight observation. (2). Utilized the eight systematic traits to analyze & compare the management meanings of Leadership traits, it can be fundamental base on the internal nature’s interpretation. (3). Made up the unbalance & imperfection resulted from different prospect as well as industry characteristic. 2. The application & discovery from established Leadership Traits Pattern in view of General System Theory. (1). Leadership Traits Pattern can be utilized in corporate organization to develop the new human resource strategy for potential leadership candidates. (2). Leadership Traits Pattern provided the fundamental interpretation base to identify the weakness of potential leaders for further enhancement.
