摘要


牛罵頭遺址文化園區保存、利用、體驗之規劃 私立中原大學建築學系碩士論文 民國九十三年七月 指導教授:黃承令 研 究 生:楊忠仁 由於建築學領域對於考古遺址的保存規劃仍在起步階段,缺乏鴻觀的研究基礎與理論。於建築學角度而言,如欲結合遺址的發掘及保存工作,並展現遺址的風貌、背景與精神,實屬不易。本論文將酌以考古學的考證與詮釋為基礎,期使以建築學方式探討遺址的環境關係及空間性質,期望在保存活化利用上能有多元的見解。 ◎課題探討: 1、考古遺址之保存探討- 探討遺址公園內考古遺址自身所展現之內涵,並同時發揮教育及研究目的,獲得大眾對文化遺產保存之認同。 2、遺址公園之利用探討- 強調多元化及多功能運用的觀念下,探討考古遺址在規劃為遺址公園時,除了展現遺址本身價值,還必須發揮其文化潛力,使遺址保存更具有多重面向價值。 3、遺址公園之體驗探討- 探討以體驗型態打破遺址公園單調的刻板印象,使其更具魅力,提升大眾對遺址的認識與保存利用的認同。 4、遺址公園之規劃操作- 在文字探討外,並配合操作牛罵頭遺址文化園區規劃案,將文字探討的結果,反應在操作規劃中,做為對未來遺址公園規劃時的參考與建議。 ◎課題探討成果: 完整保存考古遺址及相關脈絡,所需要劃定保護範圍通常都相當遼闊,因為考古遺址涉及的層面不只是古蹟保存,限於顯而易見的單一或數個構造物,而是代表一個重要的文化現象。所以在保存的內容上,除了發掘遺址時之遺物、遺跡、生態遺留,更重要是反應當時的文化內涵。 規劃利用上,藉由範圍遼闊的優勢,可逐步擴及自然生態,甚至人文地景保存,使考古遺址不僅是單一性質的文化資產,而是漸進式地追求整合性的多元開發。建議目前遺址公園可結合自然資源、人文環境及考古遺址三方面,延伸更多功能包括休閒娛樂、地域產業、地景保護及文化認知等。 以遺址保存為基礎,結合多元利用觀念,連同保存且不破壞遺址的原則,將考古遺址結合種種新奇有趣且因地制宜等等體驗課程。相較於其他大眾娛樂及一般學習經驗,提昇牛罵頭遺址文化園區的文化獨特性,成為同類文化單位之牛角,成為吸引大眾到訪的重要號召。以戶外活動及體驗課程等親身操作模式,在體驗的過程之間,同時滿足大眾對於社交、討論、思考、操作、感官等等層面之需求,增加大眾參與遺址保存和文化涵養的相關興趣。

They are lacked of an entire view and a study base. In a view of Architecture, it is very hard to associate discovering and preserving the archaeology sites with possessing spirit and background of the historical ruins. This document attempts to give multiple opinions of preservation, based on the Archaeology textual research and annotation, related to the environment and space-time in the view of Architecture. ◎The topic discussions 1. The preservation discussions for archaeology sites. The main spirits of the archaeological cultural park are to reflect the archaeology site itself, to research historical events, to educate and to gain the public approval of cultural heritage preservation. 2. The use of the archaeological cultural park. When an archaeological site is planned as a cultural park, a proper program might turned its ruins to good account, possess a great cultural potential and diversify the preservation for multiple uses and functions. 3. The experience of the archaeological cultural park. To improve the public approval of cultural heritage understanding and preservation, experience programs make the archaeological cultural park charming and popular. The cultural park is more than a place out of humor. 4. The operation of the archaeological cultural park. Those written discussions should be executed in the plan of Gomach archaeological cultural park for advanced suggestions and reference. ◎The conclusion of the topic discussions. In order to preserve the archaeology sites and spatiotemporal extensions completely, the spacious preservation tract is needed. Those historical sites include not only ancient ruins which are a set of one or more buildings but also an important cultural phenomenon. Therefore, the entirety of archaeology preservation has some specific ingredient, the ruins, the excavation and ecology leaves. The alpha and omega is to reflect the connotation of historical events. For the reason of layout and operation of the cultural estate, the entire site is a vast space which can include biology and human geography. The archaeology sites could be developed variously. The integration of the ancient relic carries specific ruins, natural resource, and human landscape, including human entertainment, sightseeing, outlook preserving and culture understanding. The archaeology site can be combined with kinds of interesting and original experience programs without destroyed the ruins. Every site has its own program in multiple concepts based on preserving archaeological sites. With creative programs different to normal entertainment and learning experiences, Gomach archaeological cultural park would be the pioneer. Gomach's distinctive quality would make itself a top popularly. Outdoor activities and experience programs interest the public and satisfy the pop needs of association, discussions, thoughts, operations, sensations and so on. Those activities upgrade the public interests of archaeological preservation.
