可程式邏輯控制器(Programmable Logic Controller,簡稱PLC)為產業界生產線上重要的控制器之一。因此研發合適的PLC並整合RS485通訊及乙太網路監控,為提升台灣高科技產業或傳統產業競爭力的不二法門。 本研究首先以奔兔晶片來發展網路可程式邏輯控制器應用在順序控制上,接著整合PID功能、PROFIBUS以及通訊磁場導向變頻器來控制三相交流感應馬達。使用MODBUS作RS485通訊及用乙太網路作奔兔可程式邏輯控制器(Rabbit-Network-Ethernet PLC,簡稱NE PLC)的網頁流灠。 本文是以電梯邏輯順序控制系統進行實作測試,用多段速度功能調整馬達轉速,作不同速度的變化,再利用三菱PLC的階梯圖作比較,最後結果顯示本文所提出之NE PLC,可適用於目前產業界。
Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) is one of important controller and commonly used in the production line of the manufacturing sector. Therefore, developing an appropriate PLC that combines RS485 communication, Ethernet control and monitoring system is the key and only way for promoting the competitiveness of advanced technology industry and traditional industry in Taiwan. First, the “rabbit” micro-chip is used to develop a network-based PLC in control sequence in this thesis. Then the PID function, PROFIBUS communication and field-oriented inverter are integrated to control three phases induction motor. Finally, the MODBUS and Ethernet for RS485 communication are applied to support the homepage of Rabbit-Network- Ethernet-PLC (NE PLC). The thesis employs an elevator control system for real testing, which uses multi-speed function to regulate the speed of the motor rotation at different preset levels, and to compare the signals received from the Mitsubishi PLC's ladder program with NE PLC that mentioned above. Finally, the result shows that the proposed approach is positive and the NE PLC is suitable for the current industrial need.
