資安產業研發、測試與應用部門間知識分享架構之研究-以B公司為例

摘要
知識分享是人類進行已久的活動，自從有了人類、有了智慧、有了文字、有了語言之後便不斷地出現各種地知識分享活動，透過各種管道與工具，將人類在日常生活中所遭遇、所累積的許多知識加以散播傳遞，造就了如今這個如此進步的世界。在現今這個資訊爆炸的時代，每個人每天都需要接收許多來自外界各種管道的資訊，透過學習或思考後將資訊轉化成為有用的知識。然而以個人的時間與力量而言，要能在短時間內消化並吸收如此大量的知識並不是件簡單的事，透過分享的方式進行交流才能夠有效率地將知識不斷地傳遞。 隨著網際網路的盛行，各種資訊應用不斷地成長進步，來自於網路上的攻擊威脅也不斷地增加，比起傳統的文件資料竊取，利用網路來進行犯罪所造成的威脅與傷害更大，因此資訊安全的重要不容小覷，資安廠商不斷地研發各種安全防禦工具，從防病毒、防垃圾郵件、防惡意網站到防駭客入侵，每一道關卡無不都是在與時間賽跑，為應付來自無遠弗屆的網路上各種入侵與攻擊，資安業者必須不斷地吸收資訊學習知識，除了個人之外，部門與部門間的知識也必須有效地進行分享交換，將知識迅速地傳遞給所有需要的人員。但在進行知識分享活動的時候會遇到哪些問題呢? 知識分享的管道有哪些? 跨部門間如何進行知識分享? 知識的分享要如何進行才能有效呢? 本研究針對資安產業研發、測試與應用三大部門進行探討，以瞭解知識分享的活動在此類型企業組織中的進行方式。

Knowledge sharing has been a long term activity which human beings have been evolving drastically over the years. Ever since the existence of human beings, intelligence, words and language, the overspread of different kinds of information & knowledge that has been accumulated throughout the years by various channels and media utilized. In fact, it is due to the mass information exchange conducted by diversified sectors of the population which undeniably created such a technologically advanced environment that we are living in nowadays. For this information-explosive decade of time, everyone of us is receiving, either willingly or unwillingly, all kinds of information being exchanged and presented by different channels, and it is only through learning and digesting those massive information which we then turn into valuable and useful knowledge background in order to create a better living standard. Nevertheless, it is almost impossible and unpractical for a single human being to absorb and process all these incoming information at a short period of time, thus creating effective methods of delivering and sharing information throughout the entire world has become a necessary task. Based on the increasing popularity of the internet, different kinds of information applications have been growing and evolving dramatically. However, attacking threats and hacker intrusions are also growing at an exponential rate. Compare to traditional methods of confidential-document stealing, utilizing and conducting internet crime has become easier and much more severe by individuals. Under very kinds of attack threats, the importance of information-security has risen to a new height and has become a serious concern for all enterprises and corporations. Information Security Service corporation have to work hard to face the challenges. Individuals, departments or all the company have to exchange knowledge more effectively. What questions will occur? What methods to share knowledge effectively? How to share knowledge between different departments? The research focus on the R&D, testing and application three departments and try to understand the way to share knowledge in such kind of corporations.
