海權時代,地理大發現,全世界著名的港都多半有著深厚的歷史,源自數百年來,基隆海洋紀事展現了豐富及亮麗的色彩,也包含了無數的喜怒哀樂,與悲歡離合,基隆港不僅進出了數以萬計船隻,也帶來了異國多元文化與經貿交流,基隆的地理位置位居台灣之頂頭,儘管海權時代已過,台灣面臨地景門戶改造及景觀空間的改革,港灣城市的換裝,基隆是國外觀光客經海運造訪台灣主要的港市,也是遺留外籍友人的第一印象,因此,城市國門景觀顯的格外重要。台灣因為,塑造國門城市特色,給予外籍友人來台最美好深刻印象。 本研究目的在回顧基隆海權時代的歷史足跡,基隆的開發史與水岸空間的特性,異族的統治衍生無數的喜怒哀樂、悲歡離合,創造了當時空前的興盛與繁榮,但就如同先人所說,「基隆無城,吃飽就走」的這段真實寫造,在這天然的港灣中都市的河岸空間裡,四個河港紛紛地被陸地吞蝕,當時最繁華的地帶稱為「大基隆」的旭川港周邊,以及俗稱「小基隆」的田寮港,針對這兩條河港旭川及田寮河的過去與現在的興盛與衰退進行研究。因此先以二階段分析日治時代日本帝國主義下建設後的基隆港的旭川及田寮河;光復後的演變,為現今從政者是如何對待旭川及田寮河。分析政府與民眾對旭川及田寮河的在生活、交通、觀光休閒、生態景觀的需要與認同。於政策面本文利用城鄉河川新風貌的推動使「地景保存與詮釋」、「生態環境保護」、「生活遊憩親水空間」、「社區總體營造」四類環境價值觀念,發展成為典範,期望能對旭川及田寮河規劃建設與民眾生活品質的提升有正面與實質性的幫助。
Search The Lost-Memory Harbour City : The Research of The Water Front Space in Keelung City By The Examples of Hsu-Chuan River and Tien-Liao River. Student: Han-Long Kuo Supervisor: Chie-Peng Chen CHUNG YUAN CHRISTIAN UNIVERSITY Abstract In the age of sea power and great geographical discovery, most of all famous seaports in the world are full of rich history. Originating for several hundred years, the ocean records of events of Keelung unfold abundant and bright colors and it also include numerous joys, angers, sorrows and delights and the sorrows of partings and the joys of unions. Not only Keelung Port has access of tens of thousand vessels, it only brings along diversified culture, economic and trade exchange between foreign countries. The geographical location of Keelung is at the top of Taiwan and although the age of sea power is over, Taiwan is facing rebuilt of land scenery and door and reform of landscape space. The transformation of the harbor city makes Keelung the main harbor in Taiwan that visitors will visit through sea transportation and the first impression is retained in the minds of our foreign friends. Therefore, the national door landscape of the city is especially important. It is because for Taiwan, the formation of a national door city characteristic will provide the most exquisite and deep impression for our foreign friends. The purpose of this research is to recall the historical footprints during the Keelung sea power age. The development history of keeling and its water space characteristic, the numerous joys , angers , sorrows and delights and the sorrows of partings and the joys of unions derived from the ruling of foreign race had created the bloom and prosperity at that time. However , as our ancestor commented on a real fact : “ There is no city in Keelung, people will walk away once he/she is well-fed “. In the river bank space of this natural harbor city, four ports are being swallowed by land progressively. At that time, the most prosperous district was at the perimeter of Hsuchuan Port that was called the “ Large Keelung “ and the Tienliao Port with a common name called “ Little Keelung “. Research is conducted on the past and present bloom and decline of the two river ports Hsuchuan and Tienliao. Therefore , firstly , analysis is conducted on Hsuchuan and Tienliao River of Keelung Port in two stages and the first stage is after the construction under the Japan imperialism during the Japanese occupation and second stage is the evolution after the restoration of Taiwan and how the ruling party at present treats Hsuchuan and Tienliao River. Analysis is conducted on the requirement and identification on the livelihood ,transportation, sightseeing and leisure and ecological landscape by the government and the general public. In respect of policy, this essay utilizes the development of city and county river new appearance so that the development of the four types of environment value concept can become a role model including “ land scenery preservation and interpretation “ , “ecological environment protection “ , “ livelihood leisure & water play space “ and “ overall community construction “. It is hoped that these can provide positive and substantial assistance in the construction planning of Hsuchuan and Tienliao River and the enhancement of the livelihood quality of the general public.
