華亞科技園區入口網站設計創作
Vision Design Creation of HWA YA Technology Park Portal Site
摘要
網際網路在近年來發展迅速，繼廣播、電視與報刊雜誌之後，已成為第四大最具影響力的傳播媒介。使用者除了在網頁上查詢、瀏覽相關訊息外，還可在網路上進行資料檢索、資訊使用及知識傳播。這跟過去主要單純透過紙本往來傳遞表單的年代相較之下，不僅可為園區簡化流程，減少人工成本與人為疏失機率，進而結合企業之客戶關係管理，與上下游廠商之供應鏈管理，以創造企業新的競爭優勢。 過去十年，高科技資訊產品風潮席捲全球，隨著資訊科技技術日趨成熟及市場激烈競爭，園區內需長時間高投入以求永續生存的科技產業，應如何整合內、外部的資源以減少不必要的流程以及增加企業、客戶間之效率等，已成為目前發展園區電子化最重要的關鍵。因此，扮演窗口的園區入口網站，更顯得格外的重要。 本創作主要在找尋園區入口網站的發展趨勢、定義、特性，滿足功能導向與視覺介面的使用者需求。在創作過程中，透過文獻整理及專家訪談，將入口網站分為功能內容、介面導覽與視覺三個設計構面。最後根據案例分析結果，綜合中部科學工業園區網站與中關村科技園區電子城科技園網站之功能內容與介面導覽的優點，並參考桃園虛擬科技園區網站的設計概念與原則，規劃並創作華亞科技園區的入口網站。

Recently Internet has been developed rapidly and become the 4th powerful mass media after broadcast, television and the press. The Internet users could search and browse messages they want moreover proceeding data retrieve, data application and knowledge broadcasting. Comparing with the age of message transmission by paper copies, Internet not only simplifies process, decreases human recourse cost and failure rate but also help Customer Relationship Management and Supply Chain Management integration for creation of new competition advantages. In past ten years, high-tech products are applied all over the world. With gradually matured information technology and severe competition of the market, IT companies which demand for pouring high and long term effort in Technology Park shall consider how to integrate internal and external resource to reduce unnecessary process and promote efficiency between the enterprise and customers. It’s also the key point of the electronic development of Technology Park. Therefore, the portal site which plays the role of the contact window is very important. This project creation is focus on the trend, definition and feature of the portal site and how to satisfy function-oriented and visual interface of User Requirement. From the creation step, by material management and expert consultation, the portal site includes Content, Navigation and Visual three dimensions. According to the result of case study analysis, conclude the advantage of the portal site content of Central Taiwan Science Park and Zhong Gurn Cun Keji Yurnou and refer the concept of Taoyuan Virtual Science Industrial Park which the proposal and design of the portal site of HWA YA Technology Park is made by.
