隨著時代快速地變遷,企業面臨比以往更艱辛的挑戰,因此對員工的培訓已成為企業追求成功及維持競爭優勢的關鍵。而探索教育活動,因為其獨特的授課方式,開拓人們不同的思維、啟發個人潛能,因而得到許多知名企業的青睞而紛紛採用此訓練模式來訓練自己的員工。本研究以研究者本身曾參與過探索教育活動的親身經驗,認為此議題具有研究價值,因此針對個案企業所實行探索教育活動對員工所產生的訓練成效及對企業文化的影響做一探究 ,以提供企業管理者與人力資源部門規劃教育訓練執行之參考依據。 本研究以某家電子製造大廠參加探索教育活動之員工為研究對象,採用網路問卷方式,共發出300份問卷,其中回收有效問卷共計208份,有效問卷回收率達78.49%。並考量個案情形,以Kirkpatrick(1987)四層次評估中的第二層次學習(learning)、第三層次行為(behavior)及第四層次結果(result)為測量變數,來探討員工參與探索教育活動後對其訓練成效及企業文化所產生的影響。 本研究實證結果顯示如下: 一、不同個人屬性之受訓員工對探索教育活動、員工訓練成效與企業文化有顯著差異。 二、探索教育活動與員工訓練成效具有具有正向顯著影響。 三、探索教育活動與企業文化具有正向顯著影響。 四、員工訓練成效與企業文化具有正向顯著影響。
Due to fast-changing environment, enterprises are facing difficult challenges, more than ever; therefore, education and training has become the key element for enterprises to pursuit success and competitive advantage. The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of adventure educational activities on employee training effectiveness and corporate culture, but also provide practical suggestions to business leaders and the human resources management as a reference of planning education and training in the future. This study collected the staffs of X Electronics manufacturer as the subject; sent out 300 questionnaires and 143 valid questionnaires were retrieved. The recovery rate of questionnaires was 78.49%. This study applied learning level, behavior level and result level of Kirkpatrick’s (1994) four-level evaluation model as the variables to examine the influence of adventure educational activities on employee training effectiveness and corporate culture. The results obtained from this study are concluded as follows: 1. The staffs with different personal characteristics have significant differences in adventure educational activities, employee training effectiveness and corporate culture. 2. Adventure educational activities have positive influence on employee training effectiveness. 3. Adventure educational activities have positive influence on corporate culture. 4. Employee training effectiveness has positive influence on corporate culture.
