本次研究目的是要瞭解觀光產業的組織文化、管理者人格特質與其領導型態之間的關係,並以觀光產業中的管理者爲抽樣對象,共發放500份問卷,回收後經扣除無效問卷,得有效問卷322份,有效回收率爲64.4%。經由描述性統計、信度分析、t檢定、單因子變異數分析與典型相關分析檢定各項假設後,顯示出不同工作屬性背景的管理者在組織文化的感受上有所不同外,不同個人背景的管理者在人格特質的傾向與領導型態的使用上也有所不同。而組織文化、管理者人格特質與領導型態彼此間具有顯著的關係。根據以上的研究結果,建議企業可以事先了解組織內員工組成,以建立員工資料庫作爲用人的參考,並發展人格特質量表作爲招募的工具,且主管的人格特質與領導型態對於塑造明確的組織文化有相當的影響,而從教育訓練中提高管理者的領導效率,使觀光產業的管理者能夠更妥善利用每一個人力資源,將對的人放到對的位置上,讓組織能發揮最大的效力與效能。
This study data was collected from managers in the tourism industry, to find the relationship between organizational culture, managers' personality and leadership in the case of the tourism industry. Statistical analyses included Descriptive statistics, Reliability analysis, t-test analysis, One-Way ANOVA analysis, and Canonical Correlation analysis. There're 500 questionaires deliveried to managers who working in tourism industry, and 322 valid questionaires were collected (the return rate was 64.4%). According to findings from the results of analysis, managers whose work backgrounds were different had different perceives about organizational culture, managers whose backgrounds were different had different tendency of personality and different leadership, and there were significant relationship between organizational culture, managers' personality and leadership, it was suggested that business can know their employee in advance, set up a database of manpower's, use personality and leadership to mold a definite culture and apply training to improve the leading efficiency. These suggestions help business know their employees more. Using the human resource properly and putting the right person to the right place to bring the greatest efficiency.
