摘要


RFID 早在數十年前便已問世,但這幾年無論是物流業、零售業、製造業、交通運輸業等各行各業都在思考這項技術的新應用。隨著時代的進步,RFID 晶片的體積已經很小,成本也不再像以往那麼高。企業為落實經營策略與改善作業流程,需要一個完善且能夠提供即時資訊的應用平台,以便呈現出所需要的重要訊息,這些訊息包括了內部商務管理、生產銷售、庫存與採購等。 服務導向架構(SOA)是一種針對企業 IT 策略的理念,強調 e-Business on Demand (即時電子化商業),借由商務流程管理(BPM)與統一標準化的企業資訊入口平台(EIP),整合 ERP 與其它資訊應用系統,讓高階主管能隨時掌握企業經營狀況,有效實踐企業全球運籌的理想。 本研究是以面板產業為對象,以服務導向架構的觀念,應用導入 RFID 技術來整合企業內部流程作業,並且以雛型展示系統平台架構,前端以WebEIP為使用者操作介面,串連後端生產製造與倉儲管理系統,而 RFID則扮演著讓資訊快速流通與傳遞的重要媒介,因此強調在SOA平台系統於產業之分析與探究,並且針對導入 RFID 之前後與效益做比較,最後研究設計以雛型系統驗證導入後的成效,並於文末提出結論與未來研究建議。

Stressed e-Business on Demand (immediate electronic commerce). Through the business process management (BPM) standardization and unification of the enterprise information portal platform (EIP). Integration of ERP and other IT applications. Allow executives to keep abreast of business conditions.Effective practice the ideal of global logistics company. This thesis is targeted at industry panel.The concept of service-oriented architecture. Application of RFID technology to integrate into internal processes and to demonstrate prototype platform architecture.Front-end interface for users to WebEIP. Serial back-end manufacturing and warehouse management system. The RFID is playing so fast information flow and transfer of important media. Therefore emphasized the SOA platform system in the analysis and exploration industry.and for the import and benefits of RFID compared before and after. Final study design to prototype validation after launch.and in the end the conclusions and suggestions for future research.
