網路化加工監控系統之探討

摘要


本文主要目的以LabVIEW圖控程式建構出網路化加工監控系統,以三層式遠端監控架構,分為機台端、工場管理端、公司管理端。機台端以影像監控,加工火花、加工過程、加工者,及振動信號與分析即時儲存檔案,並將上述兩項加工資料,即時傳輸到工廠管理端人機介面,並且及時顯示,公司管理端將想要監控機台名稱傳遞到工廠管理端,工廠管理端會將該機台加工資訊經,經由擁有防火牆的乙太網路,傳輸給公司端人機介面。 在每次加工後,機台端程式將會自動登入FTP使用者帳號、密碼,並且依順序將加工檔案上傳到工廠管理端的資料庫之中,方便管理者日後調閱資料。 機台端人機介面程式還具有影像辨識防呆模組,利用影像辨識工件及刀具上的二維條碼技術,對於未在加工資料庫中的工件及刀具,使用繼電器控制PLC上的停止接點,進行停機控制的動作。

The main purpose of this paper to construct a three-layer web-based remote monitor and control configuration with LabVIEW graphical control program, The proposed three-layer configuration consists of three basic modules: machine side, factory management side, the company management side. machine side with video surveillance, processing sparks, processing, processors, and vibration analysis of real-time signal and save the file, and the two data processing, real-time transfer to the factory management-side man-machine interface, and in a timely manner, the company management side will want to monitor the machine name passed to the factory management side, the factory management client sends information to machine side, with the firewall via Ethernet, the transmission side to the company interface. After each processing, machine side program will automatically log the FTP user accounts, passwords, and upload files will be processed in accordance with the order to the factory side of the database management among the managers of the future to facilitate access to information. Machine side the program also has a man-machine interface module foolproof image recognition, image recognition using the tool on the workpiece and the two-dimensional bar code technology, for the database is not in the processing of the workpiece and tool, use the stop on the relay control PLC connection point, the shutdown control of the action.
