電動機車智慧型鋰電池充電器之研究

摘要


摘 要 本論文針對住宅型充電站、大眾公共停車場及一般商店外部裝置之充電站設施提出電動機車智慧型充電站解決方案。傳統電動機車充電時,無法得知電池充電狀況與其內容資訊,嚴重影響電池的使用方式及其壽命。本研究透過網路系統連結主控機板再經RS232連接埠及智慧型鋰電池傳輸協定技術與電池模組資料連結,經取得電池內儲資料及狀態後,判斷是否啟動鋰電池充電器,並藉由讀取電池內儲資料了解電池使用次數及剩餘殘量,確保電池使用壽命。 為了能隨時監控各模組電池的狀況及防止雜訊干擾,本研究採用閘流體對電源切換輸入交流∕輸出直流來控制鋰電池充電器模組,並整合軟硬體之RS232隔離電路設計,防止智慧型電池溝通介面與主機板通訊時因接地產生電位差而燒毀。此設備透過網路功能隨時監控並掌握智慧型充電站在充電過程中電動機車電池的相關資料,對電動機車充電管理及技術提升有顯著的助益。 關鍵字:電動機車、智慧型充電站、鋰電池充電器、內儲資料、 RS232隔離電路。

Abstract This thesis studies the charging station or device installed in residential area, public parking and outside of some general or convenient stores. The traditional way of charging an electric scooter or electric motorcycle is simply applying power without getting any status nor collecting any information while charging the battery. The lack of battery status and information will seriously affect the use of battery and its life cycle. This thesis presents and proposes an intelligent electric scooter charging station system to solve above problems. By using the communication protocol of an intelligent Li-Ion battery, the system links and gets the battery status and information via internet through battery’s RS232 port. After collecting the data and status from the battery, it decides whether to activate the charging process or not. Meanwhile, the battery’s usage cycle and residual energy status could be read out at the same time. In order to monitor the status of each charging module and to prevent noise interference, TRIAC is used to control the power switching of AC input and DC output to manipulate the Li-Ion battery charging module. The system integrates with both software and hardware RS232 isolation circuit design to prevent the damage of battery caused by an electric potential difference while connecting the ground during communication between battery’s BMS and system’s main board. This system can easily monitor and control the related data collected from the battery over the network during the charging process anytime and anywhere. The research results has obvious contribution on the promotion of the management and technology of electric motorcycle charging. Keywords : Electric Scooter, Intelligent charging stations.
