整合DEMATEL與田口方法於精實六標準差之應用模式

摘要

在嚴峻的產業環境當中，企業無不尋求成本節降及品質提升的機會。本研究結合DEMATEL法與田口方法於精實六標準差模式中，使其在挑選實驗因子時能更客觀且更具系統性。透過紙管烘乾製程之案例，說明本研究所發展之模式能有效篩選出重要製程因子，並透過田口方法得出因子水準組合。據結果顯示，紙管烘乾製程不良率由5 % 降至1.99 %，降低幅度達60.2 %，證實其可行性。

In such a harsh industrial environment, most of the companies are all looking for ways to reduce the cost and improve the quality. This research combine DEMATEL and Taguchi Method base on the D2MAIC model, and make it more objectively and systematically on critical parameters selecting. The effectiveness of critical parameters selecting model is verified in a case study of paper tube drying process, and the optimal factor-level combination is obtain by Taguchi Method. According to the result, the nonconforming rate decreased from 5% to 1.99%, the margin of improvement is 60.2%. The result has confirmed the feasibility.
