隨著時代的進步和科技日新月異的發展,人們的生活步調也越來越加快,對於專業知識和技術應用的需求也大大提升,可是擁有這些專業知識的專家們有限,也無法像機器一般連續二十四小時都不斷的工作,並且及時的給予有需要協助的人建議,面臨到這樣的問題,如果能夠把這些專業的知識轉化為程式系統,不但能夠服務更多的人,還可以快速且及時的解決問題,所以希望來研究並實現專家系統的精神。 而藉由專家系統的架構與特性,開發出一套具參考價值,可預測、推斷未來可能發生狀況的系統,利用其中系統中推理機的判斷、思考,以代替人類專家來做出合理適當的決定,並且處理一些複雜、重複性高的動作。另外,人們需要不斷的學習進步,專家系統亦然,所以希望提供一套容易維護知識庫的方法以方便知識擷取,讓系統能夠更有彈性的接納各方專家的經驗,以提供更準確、更有價值的建議給使用者做參考。
In this knowledge explosion age, the requirement of professional knowledge and technical application is extremely increasing. But the experts who own these professional knowledge are not enough. Also they who are not machine can’t work for 24 hours, and can’t provide the help and advise to needed people in time. For solving these kind of problems, if we can transform the professional knowledge into the program system, we can not only serve more people but solve the problems immediately. So I hope to research and achieve the spirit of the Expert System. In this paper, I try to develop a system that can predict the situation of future by using the structure and characteristic of the Expert System. Use the Inference Engine to replace the experts for making suitable decisions and dealing with some complicated and highly repeated actions. In addition, people need to study and progress unceasingly, so does the Expert System. We provide a method which can maintain the Knowledge Base easily and do the Knowledge Acquisition conveniently. It makes the Expert System more flexible to enlarge and accept all kinds of professional experiences and thoughts. Thus, we can provide the choices and suggestions more accurate and valuable to users.
