分類型態專家系統之研究並與行動運算技術之整合開發

摘要

本研究主要目的在開發出能夠處理多種重複性問題的系統，藉由分類型態知識庫，將專家們的分析與結果擷取出來，以發展適合解決問題的電腦化之專家系統，並利用推論器將專家們的思考邏輯結合，取代專家們需要花費的大量時間與精力來做重複性的動作，讓這些動作系統化。

此外，目前的資訊技術不斷提升，無線網路通訊也越來越多人應用在生活當中，人們透過行動運算裝置能夠不藉由電腦就可以與資訊結合。所以本研究結合專家系統與行動運算兩者的應用，除了電腦化專家系統，也將研究推廣到行動運算裝置上面，以期望能讓使用者們隨時隨地，有如隨身攜帶專家在身邊，可以迅速的處理問題。

近年來，專家系統的技術已有效的應用於各個不同的專業領域中，用來解決生活中的問題。本論文所提出之專家系統架構中，除了傳統專家系統所使用的事實、規則與推論器外，透過分類型態的專家系統，把結果清楚的分類，並結合行動運算的應用，建構整個專家系統的網路與行動運算機器系統結構。

將專家系統與行動運算結合之結果，在於希望結合不同的專業優勢，能使更多的人可以無時無刻都有如專家在身邊，給與適時的建議與分析。雖然本研究已架構出一套可以應用於分類型態專家系統的設計，讓人們只要處在無線通訊環境當中，並且擁有行動運算裝置，就能夠適時的與專家系統做連結。但是受限於個人的能力所及，所建立之系統並未堪稱理想。

The Study of Classified Expert System is a system which can handle complicated and pleonastic problems. We develop a computer system to acquire expert knowledge which has Knowledge Base. This system can help experts make decisions to reduce experts spending a great deal of time and energy for dealing with the same problems.

Furthermore, the information's technology promotes unceasingly and the wireless network is used more. People can get information of internet by mobile without the computer. In this paper, we try to combine Expert System with Mobile Computing. By the Integrated Development System, people are able to get information to handle problem with mobile on the go.

The technology of Expert System had been used on many expert areas to deal with a lot of question in our life. In this paper, we categorize the expert knowledge more then traditional method of true and rule. We combine Mobile Computing to build a system.

Finally, we build a sample system to combine Expert System and Mobile Computing successfully. People can try to handle special questions on the go by the system.
