ERP導入目標、方法與成效關係之個案研究

摘要


摘 要 本研究將以筆者親身參與完成 ERP (企業資源規劃系統) 導入並上線運作的四家跨國與跨兩岸三地企業為個案研究對象,透過相關文獻、導入顧問與高階主管的訪談協助,針對企業特質與導入策略目標、BPR (企業流程再造)、方式與成效等,共五個構面變數間的關係加以驗證彙總分析。 而配合本研究架構所得到的分析結果,可以得到下列四項分析之研究成果,第一項是企業特質變數與導入策略目標的關係,也就是透過不同企業其產業型態、規模大小、是否有跨區域與管理模式,對其導入ERP策略目標訂定是否會影響,第二項是導入策略目標變數與導入過程變數,針對所設定之目標與BPR、導入方式 (Step-By-Step、Big-Bang、Roll-Out )之間是否有影響關係,第三項是導入過程變數至導入成效間的關係,對有無進行 BPR 與導入方式,是否會影響專案預算時間、經費、內外部效率與資訊正確性即時性成效,第四項是企業特質變數與過程和成效變數的關係,既所謂透過各個不同特質企業與導入過程變數的關係。 本研究初步的分析結論,發現企業普遍喜歡用Big-bang方式導入,對導入成效滿意度主要是提供內部即時與正確資訊,而很明顯的是企業想要達到簡化流程及降低成本,在導入過程中一定要進行BPR,對大型企業特質較偏向進行BPR 與 Step-By-Step 及Big-Bang 方式導入,也較要求能做到對外的效率與連結方面功能,所以ERP業者在此部分的功能上仍需加強。本研究希望能提供企業導入ERP參考方法,但仍有許多值得深入探討的部份,如可以探討不同模組或特殊指標等,來補充此部分實證研究之不足。

Abstract The research is based on the experience of author himself participating one ERP implementation project, and his ERP project case-study of four enterprises which have cross four countries and cross strait operations. The author focuses on the relationship of five dimensions: character of these enterprises, implementation strategy objective, Business Process Reengineering (BPR), methodology, and achievement, to verify, summarize, and analyze all information and data. And then, he comes out this research. From the data analysis of the framework of this research, the author gets four of the research results; The first is the relationship between variables of enterprise character and implementation strategy objective. That is, through the different industrial types of enterprise, large or small scale size, Inter-regional or not, management model. The author observes whether there is the influencing relation among defining strategic objectives, BPR, and methodology (Step-By-Step,Big - Bang,Roll-Out). The third is relationship between implementation process and effectiveness. The author observes whether with/without running BPR and implementation methodology influence project planning schedule, expense, internal/external effect, and data accuracy and real-time efficiency. The fourth is the relationship among the variable of enterprise character, process, and the variable of effectiveness. The preliminary conclusions is of the analysis is that enterprises generally like to Big – Bang methodology approach to implement ERP system. For the satisfactory and efficiency of ERP, they obliviously want to simply process and reduce operation. For large enterprises, they prefer to process BPR, step-by-step and big-bang. By this approach, they can also request more efficiency and functionality of external link. Thus, for this portion, ERP providers still can make more enhancements. In this research, the author hopes to provide ERP implementation methodology to enterprises for reference. But, there is still much to explore more deeply, like exploring different modules or special indicators. It can supplement this part of empirical research inadequate.
