生產一般產品與客製化產品生產系統庫存等候線模式分析

An MTS/MTO Production Inventory-Queue System for Standard and Custom Products

摘要


摘 要 在本研究中我們考慮結合兩種來自MTO/MTS訂單的單站混線生產系統。MTS生產系統是用來處理一般需求的且MTO生產系統則是用來處理特殊需求的。假設一般需求到達系統時,成品庫存區若沒有存貨,則此類顧客將立即離開系統而不等待;當特殊需求到達系統時,則會進入特殊需求等候區等待,直到獲得滿足而離開系統。由於特殊需求比一般需求有較高的優先權,因此我們將依據一般需求之下到達的特殊需求是否為強佔先制來分別探討兩種系統為強佔先制(系統1)或非強制先制(系統2)。在混線生產系統中藉由基本庫存量策略(base-stock policy)來加以控制MTS生產系統的庫存區。我們為了評估此混線生產系統的績效,我們同時考量一般需求的滿足率(Fill rate)及特殊需求的等候時間下的即時到達率(On Time Delivery Rate)。假設在混線生產系統中,二種需求之到達率皆服從普瓦松(Poisson)分配,兩種需求在工作站個別之服務時間則服從指數(exponential)分配。我們把兩系統分別系統化成為庫存等候線系統,之後再藉由矩陣-幾何方法(matrix-geometric method)的方法來求得我們想要的極限機率,然後在再獲得相對應的基本庫存控制策略之下的績效指標。此外,我們也可以同時用來決定最佳基本庫存量水準。

Abstract The MTS system deals with the ordinary demands and the MTO system deals with the special demands. In this study, we consider two hybrids MTO/MTS production systems with random demands. Due to the fact that specific demands have higher priority than ordinary demands, that is depending on the ordinary demands is preemption or nonpreemption upon the arrivals of the specific demands. The MTS system is controlled under the base-stock policy. To evaluate the system, we consider the fill rate of the ordinary demands, the waiting time of the special demands and the corresponding on-time-delivery-rates. Both systems are analyzed by modeling them as inventory queueing systems. The limiting probabilities are obtained by using matrix-geometric method and their corresponding performances under base-stock control policy can also be obtained. Furthermore, we can determine the optimal basestock level numerically.
