持續創新是開發和設計新產品以參與市場競爭的關鍵。如今,環保、智慧的產品正在成為消費者購買產品的意願。因此,需要利用循環設計和智能設計方法來滿足需求。 為了克服和應用這些方面,進行了文獻調查,以開發循環和智能設計方面的框架,成為創新產品的新考慮因素。通過使用模糊分析層次結構過程 (FAHP) 方法來分析收集到的方面以確定其重要性。之後,收集客戶對現有產品的偏好,並將其映射到循環和智能設計方面,作為本研究通過與公理化設計方法相結合開發產品的重要問題和新穎性。這種方法旨在確定產品的設計概念。本研究以白手杖、口罩和飲水機為例,將產品創新過程納入其中。然後,應用循環和智慧設計方面可以提高客戶對產品的滿意度。該公司可以通過設計更智慧的循環產品在市場上進行良好的競爭。因此,公理化設計方法可以為產品中的物理項目提供生動的解決方案;因此,生成的產品設計可以由 製作人 直接開發。此外,考慮循環設計和智慧設計方面的產品比沒有應用這兩個方面的產品具有更高的用戶興趣價值。

Continuous innovation is the grand key in developing and designing a new product for competing in the market. Nowadays environmentally friendly and smart products are being customer’s intention in buying a product. Therefore Circular design and smart design approach need to be utilized to fulfil the needs. To overcome and apply these aspects, a literature survey is done to develop the framework of the circular and smart design aspects to be the new consideration into an innovative product. The collected aspects are analyzed by using the Fuzzy-Analytical Hierarchy Process (FAHP) approach to identify its importance. Afterward, customer’s preference about exiting product is collected and mapped into the circular and smart design aspects as the vital issue and the novelty of this research in developing the product by integrating with the axiomatic design approach. This approach is purposed to identify the design concept of the product. In order to take into a product innovative process, this research uses a white cane, facemask, and water dispenser as the case study. Then, by applying the circular and smart design aspect, it can enhance customer satisfaction with the product and the company can compete well in the market by designing circular and smarter product. As a result, the axiomatic design approach is able to provide vivid solution about physical items in a product, thus the generated product design can be directly developed by producer. Further, the product that considers the circular design and the smart design aspect has a higher user interest value than the product that does not apply these two aspects.
