在少量多樣的汽車產業市場結構下,生產線製程相對地日益複雜。因此,針對生產線製程改善的探討,也顯得更加重要。推動製程改善就是提升品質與降低成本的最好方法。 汽車生產線的持續且創新的改善並累積經驗與人才培育訓練,關係到整體生產營運成本與效率,是汽車生產製造的關鍵要項之一。但目前國內對於汽車裝配生產線製程改善模式探討相關的研究篇幅較少,故針對汽車生產線製程與品質改善模式更進一步的研究與改善,將有助於台灣汽車廠在嚴峻的市場競爭環境下生存發展。 本研究係以汽車裝配生產線之供料製成改善以及組裝製程改善,在運用ECRS(取消、合併、調整、簡化)改善原則的搭配下,進行實證研究探討,將有助於在競爭激烈的市場下,持續創新與發展。 依據本研究之目的,與改善過程的實證,在生產線製程改善的探討,主要所得結論為:持續貫徹落實公司和諧、卓越、創新的理念,並建議搭配目前科技(例如APP程式開發)持續改善。全員持續參與改善,並在人才培育以及訓練教材方面,可以建立更完整的KM智庫,讓全員均能激發出更多的創意與改善。
With the market structure of small-volume and large-variety automobiles industry is arriving, it is also becomes more complicated at the process of the production line. Therefore, the process improvement of production line becomes more and more important. The best way for enhancing quality and reducing the cost is that to promoting process improvement. Continuous improvement with innovation at the automobile production line and accumulating more experience for human capacity building, these are related to the overall operating costs of production and efficiency, that is one of the critical automobile manufacturing factors. However, in Taiwan the research of process improvement at the automobile assembly production line is few. To do more effort at the automobile assembly production line will be useful for survival and development in the hard market environment. This research is focus at the supply process improvement and the assembly process improvement at the automobile production line. And with the ECRS improvement principle (Eliminate, Combine, Rearrange and Simplify) to do the research and to demonstrate. That will also help to keep continuous innovation and development in the competitive market environment. Based on the purpose of this research and by the demonstration of process improvement, the production line process improvement can be summarized with the main conclusions: To continuing to implement with the business concept HIT(Harmony,Innovation,Top), and recommended to apply with the current science and technology ( such as APP program development ) for keeping to improve. For whole people to participate in improving and the human resource training, recommended to establish more training materials and tools, and to create a more complete KM system, therefor,that can inspire more creativity and improvement.
