企業導入海外子公司ERP系統之研究

摘要


面對目前全球化運籌管理的趨勢,使得許多企業開始採取跨國性的經營模式。目前全球企業電子化已是大勢所趨,從各種電子商務到各式各樣的電子化管理系統就能看出其重要性。為了因應全球化競爭與企業擴展海外市場以及西進大陸的潮流,台灣企業導入資源規劃系統來整合企業組織各部門功能的資訊系統,以提高企業整體競爭力,已成為重要趨勢。目前台灣企業莫不急思增加企業的競爭力,以便能更有效的降低成本,提高既有業務的運作效率,以及更有能力的創造新的市場利基,但接踵而來的挑戰是:要解決企業的全球化所需面對跨區域不同的文化、法令制度、貨幣政策等問題。目前資訊的整合與即時互動,也變成了管理跨區域分公司的挑戰。 本研究之主要目的在利用個案研究法,來探討台灣企業海外子公司之ERP系統導入的方式,並深入訪談集團資訊系統自行導入的經驗,以及導入過程所面臨的問題及需如何調整ERP系統參數。了解集團利用Rollout方式的導入程序、工作範圍,套用的過程中需要做哪些事。並藉由個案集團在不同國家、不同公司,組織文化的差異,做資料收集、導入績效比較、及導入方式的分析,探討全體機構對於導入ERP的態度。從文獻探討所整理之資料,並結合該集團以母公司成功導入Oracle ERP系統的經驗、流程模式,來整合性探討該個案如何利用企業策略規劃、管理制度、及營運執行,來對海外其他子公司做ERP系統導入。 個案中,包含台灣的集團母公司以及美國、大陸兩個不同國家的導入之分析比較。並藉以產出對個案公司經營管理及企業流程改善之建議。希望本文之研究能對即將進行海外分公司ERP系統導入的企業及學者在進行相關研究時有所助益。

As global logistic management becomes trend for business management, multi-national business model has been adapted in enterprises. E-business is crucial for business from e-commerce to computerized management systems in order to confront global competition. Taiwanese businesses introduced resource planning systems to integrate information systems across departments in order to meet global competition and expansion to overseas markets including mainland China. This approach not only enhances competition in efficiency but also reduce cost and able to create new market niche. However, culture difference, legal systems and local currency policy from different regions, real time interactive and integration for information become challenges for cross-region branch management. The purpose for this research is base on case study to investigate ERP system implementation for overseas subsidiaries of Taiwanese enterprise. This research covers implement procedures, issues and system parameters adjustment of ERP system. The Rollout implementation, working scope, item list are subjected to this research. Study of how business deal with ERP implementation has been covered from data collecting, implementation evaluation, to implementation method analysis base on countries, business organization and culture differences. Information from references, accompany with successful Oracle ERP implementation experience for parent-company, flow model with how business utilizes strategy planning, management scheme and operational execution in order to implement ERP system for overseas subsidiaries will be discussed in this article. Case study includes analysis and comparison for system implementation in Taiwan parent-company and difference for US and China subsidiaries. Suggestions for enterprise in management and business flow, would like to contribute to study in ERP Rollout for multi-national overseas subsidiaries.
