整合心電圖與即時無線傳輸技術之數位視、聽診儀

摘要


現今數位聽診器提供醫師聽診之需求,藉由訊號數位化,可進階做訊號處理及開發演算法,甚至可達到即時辨症之功能,提高醫生聽診品質及判斷病症之準確性。本論文完成的架構,在整合心電圖與心音訊號於一體的新設計。這項設計能在聽診的同時,利用雙電極的心電圖量測技術同時量測心音與心電圖,並且協助醫生能在聽診的同時,可以在LCD上看到實際的心音及心電圖訊號。並使用即時無線傳輸技術,將心音及心電圖之接收,與聽診感測器分開,提供醫生對病人進行診斷時的方便性。本論文之設計特點著重於: 1. 結合現今通訊技術之優點,提出數位聽診器無線化構想,增加醫生在聽診時之方便性。 2. 由於心音圖資訊,可判讀許多病症,在目前大多數是採用離線分析的情況下,本系統將心電圖與心音做即時顯示,可達到協助醫生即時診斷之功能。 3. 本系統在臨床應用的目的之一,是以能達到心音與心電圖同步之量測結果,醫師可依據心電圖與第三心音之相對時間關係,進行診斷心臟疾病之目標。 4. 醫師在聽診的同時,可將心音與心電圖訊號立即做儲存,方便於將訊號傳輸至電腦後,提供分析建立資料庫,達到數位化之管理的目的。

By digitalizing signals, the digital stethoscope not only offer the doctors’ requests in auscultation ,it also can process signal and develop algorithm in advance.Even more, it can achieve real-time diagnosis in order to enhance doctors’ diagnosis quality and accuracy.The paper proposed a originality architecture: Integration of ECG and PCG signal.The paper design a device which can extraction patients’ ECG and PCG signal, and display these two wave on the LCD simultaneously. The device has two parts. One is host part which can receive ECG and PCG signal transmission from Sensor part and display wave on the LCD and store data; the other is sensor part which can transfer ECG and PCG’s analog signal into digital signal. The two parts are separate and communicate through wireless technique It can make doctor more convenience during diagnosis.The device increase the diagnose and recognise level in cardiovascular disease, it offers valuable information in cardiovascular function, pathological diagnose and therapy case. The device’s specifications are as below: 1. Bring up the conception of wirelessness digital stethoscope with the combination of the advantages of telecommunication industry for increasing the convenience while auscultating. 2. Because phonocardiograph can tell the meanings of diseases and presently off-line analyses are adopted mostly, the system makes the real-time display of electrocardiogram and phonocardiograph to enhance the sensitivity for doctors. 3. Accomplish synchronization of phonocardiograph and electrocardiogram, and through the relative temporal relations between electrocardiogram and third heart sound, raise the accuracy of heart disease diagnosing. 4. While auscaltating, doctors can save some physiological signals immediately in the meanwhile, and then transmit them to computers in order to establish the database for analyses sometime to attain digital management.
