本研究係以基督教教牧輔導理論為基礎,融入焦點解決短期諮商技術之關鍵問句(晤談前/間改變問句、例外問句、假設問句、量尺問句),探探討焦點解決教牧輔導對父母管教態度之影響,及其影響與改變的過程。基於研究需要,本研究採深度訪談的質性研究法,從教會中選取四位符合研究條件之父母,邀請他們參與輔導及訪談。計與二位協同訪談員分別進行四次輔導後及三週後之追蹤訪談。經事後分析各次晤談之逐字稿,以瞭解受輔者在輔導過程中的口語反應與感受,及其對父母管教態度之影響。研究結果包括:1.焦點解決教牧輔導關鍵問句,能有效發現受輔者在管教上的問題,並且能為受輔者帶來與上帝的關係、與子女或配偶及與自我關係的轉化。2.教牧輔導過程中,運用聖經經文的教義,能幫助受輔者在管教態度上有正面發展,並對自身所執行之管教標準有所依據。3.運用禱告與默想的力量,能幫助受輔者獲得心靈上的支持及歸屬。研究所得,可做為從事教牧輔導、心理諮商、社會工作,及親職教育實務工作者,在未來研究及實務工作上的參考意見。
This research was based on the Christian Pastoral Counseling and the application of the Solution-Focused Brief Counseling included six key questions: pretreatment/between-session change questions, excepting questions, hypothetical question, scaling questions. The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of using Solution-Focused Pastoral Counseling for participants on their parenting attitudes. For the purpose of this study, a depth-interview qualitative research method was selected to collect and analyze data. Moreover, four Christian parents were invited and selected as participants in the current study. Prior to the study, all participants completed a consent form. Each participant received four-time counseling sessions. After each counseling session, participants were interviewed individually by the co-researcher. Three weeks later, a follow-up interview was administered for all participants by co-researchers. All records were transcribed and coded by co-researchers before analyzing data. The major findings of this study were as follow: First, the key questions of the Solution-Focused Pastoral Counseling can be helpful to find out parenting problems. The relationships with God, children /spouses, and self can be improved and strengthened. Second, using the religious teaching from the Bible can be helpful for parents to develop positive parenting attitudes during the pastoral counseling process. In addition, using the religious teaching from the Bible can be constructive for parents to adjust their parenting rules more congruent to Christianity life. Third, using the powerful praying and meditation for parents can be able to offer supportive and sense of belonging. Finally, suggestions and comments were made for pastoral counselors, social workers, counselors, and parenting practitioners for further research and practical service..
