聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯/鎂鋁層狀雙氫氧化物奈米複材之製備及其性質研究

摘要


本研究分為三個部份探討。第一部份,以水熱法(Hydrothermal) 合成奈米級的人工合成鎂鋁層狀雙氫氧化物(MgAl Layer Double Hydroxide,簡稱MgAl-LDH),且嘗試在水熱反應過程中改變反應溫度100℃ 與150℃ 來控制其長晶的粒子大小。 第二部份,將製得的層狀雙氫氧化物MgAl100-LDH 及MgAl150-LDH 進行有機化改質,加入氨基苯磺酸鈉水合物(SAS) 目的用以提升無機相與有機相之間的相容性,且對其進行XRD (X光粉末繞射分析儀)、FT-IR (傅立葉轉換紅外線光譜儀)、TGA (熱重分析儀) 的檢測,確認有機分子是否成功的插層進入層狀雙氫氧化物(LDH) 層間中,得到了有機化改質的目的。 第三部份為聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯/層狀雙氫氧化合物奈米級複合材料以原位聚合法在真空反應器下製備合成,然後針對此奈米複材之分散性(以XRD、TEM 驗證)、熱性質(以TGA 檢測)、機械性質(以DMA 測試)、尺寸安定性(以TMA 檢測)、阻隔性質(以UV-Vis 光譜測試光穿透性、以GPA 測量氣體穿透度),進行探討研究。

This research is divided into three parts. First of all, the nano–scaled MgAl layered double hydroxides (LDHs) were synthesized and controlled the particle size by changing the reaction temperature under the hydrothermal reaction. Second, both the MgAl-LDHs (abbreviated as MgAl100-LDH and MgAl150-LDH for aging temperature of 100℃and 150℃,respectively) were modified by using sulphanilic acid sodium salt hydrate (SAS). This treatment can increase the compatibility with polymer matrix. The morphology of the MgAl-SAS LDH are investigated by wide angle X-rays diffraction (WAXD), fourier transform infrared (FT-IR) and thermo-gravimetric analyzer (TGA). Finally, MgAl-SAS LDH/PET nanocomposites were prepared by in-situ polymerization under the vacuum condition. The morphologies of MgAl-SAS LDH/PET nanocomposites were studied by wide angle X-rays diffraction (WAXD) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). Thermo-gravimetric analyzer (TGA), dynamic mechanical analyzer (DMA) and thermal mechanical analyzer (TMA) were applied to study the thermal and mechanical properties. The gas barrier property was measured by gas permeability analyzer (GPA) and UV barrier property was measured by UV-Vis spectra.
