為探討提升國民小學校園空間展現特色之形式,以利學校推展特色並提升學校競爭力,透過調查教育工作者的專業教育認知,來規劃出較佳之校園空間展現特色內容形式,此展現形式對外可以使社區家長因了解特色內容而認同,對內可以使全校師生對學校更有信心,現行除了網路宣傳之外希望讓校園空間也成為展現學校特色的輔助功臣。另一方面也是在面臨少子化的事實下,各級學校開始思考如何提升學校競爭力,能在社區與家長心中有學校優勢顯得日亦重要,學校發展學校特色不論是自發性質或外部命令已是學校運作的必要工作,若能運用校園空間來展現特色內容,會使學校特色更受親近與肯定。本研究透過問卷調查得知教育工作者對於校園空間展現學校特色內容與特色成果有高度的認同,並依問卷調查結果歸納可供參考的展現學校特色形式。此形式成果可供國民小學在發展學校特色時作參考,透過開放的校園空間來展現特色,並讓校園空間與學校特色皆獲得活化與提升,共同受關注及重視。
To investigate the display forms of school features in campus spaces and help schools develop their features and competitiveness, this study surveyed educators’ professional cognitions to find better display forms of school features. Better display forms can not only increase community parents’ understanding of a school’s features and identify with the school but also boost teachers’ and students’ confidence. In addition to promotion over the Internet, campus spaces can also contribute to display of a school’s features. Besides, in face of the decline in birth rates, all schools have begun to contemplate how to improve their competitiveness. Creating school advantages by winning recognition from community and parents is becoming more and more important. Developing school features, whether voluntarily or motivated by an external order, has become an essential task in school operation. If schools can make use of campus spaces to display their features, they can earn more recognition of their features. This study found a high level of agreement with display of school features and achievement among educators through a questionnaire survey and induced several display types of school features. The results could be a reference for elementary schools when developing school features. They could display their school features in open campus spaces to make both campus spaces and school features activated, improved, and cared.
