摘要

電子製造業資料中心導入綠色資訊技術時，探討有哪些因素為關鍵成功因素，研究與探討導入綠色資訊技術中，各個關鍵成功因素在導入過程階段時哪些部份必須特別受到重視？
本研究以個案研究方法進行探討，針對相關電子製造業資訊部門，藉由個案研究法，擴大研究主題的範疇，加強了解問題的廣度及深度。將透過文獻探討與專家訪談方式了解導入綠色資訊技術的各個關鍵成功因素，期望能掌握質性研究方法的精神，再藉由個案研究法關鍵成功因素，將焦點放在對事情的詮釋、重視研究過程及彈性。
為深入了解電子製造業資料中心導入綠色資訊技術之關鍵成功因素與導入綠色資訊技術後評估效益，首先需藉由闡述綠色資訊技術對於電子製造業資料中心之重要性及對於環境因素與節能減碳之影響，並進一步獲得導入綠色資訊技術之必要因素與成功因素，並且針對導入綠色資訊技術後效益評估，最後再經由交叉分析歸納得知導入綠色資訊技術關鍵成功因素。

When the electronic manufacturing industry full-time teacher inducts the green information technology, which factors does the discussion have for the key success factor, the research and the discussion inducts in the green information technology, each key success factor when inducts the process stage which parts can receive specially take seriously? This research carries on the discussion by the case study method, in view of the related electronic manufacturing industry information department, because of the case methodology, the expanded research subject's category, strengthens the understanding question the breadth and the depth. Will penetrate the literature discussion with the expert interview way to understand that inducts the green information technology each key success factor, expected that can master the nature research technique the spirit, because of the case methodology key success factor, places again the focal point to matter's annotation, takes seriously to study the process and the elasticity. Inducts key of success factor the green information technology for the inquire deeply electron manufacturing industry full-time teacher after inducting the green information technology to appraise the benefit, must first reduces influence of the carbon because of the elaboration green information technology importance and regarding the environmental factor and the energy conservation regarding the electronic manufacturing industry full-time teacher, and further obtains inducts necessity of factor and the success factor the green information technology, and after inducting the green information technology the benefit appraisal, inducts the green information technology key successful factor again finally by way of cross-over analysis induction knowing.
