摘要


本文使用毛細管、薄膜、滑桿流量方程式,研究靜動混壓頸軸承之靜動態特性,及所支撐的Jeffcott轉子-軸承系統之穩定性。以微擾法建立Reynolds方程式來模擬軸承油膜,並設定節流參數、油腔個數等相關參數,再利用有限差分法疊代求解,得到軸承之靜動態特性來探討阻尼係數、剛度係數、慣性力門檻及臨界漩振比,對系統的靜動態特性及穩定性之影響。

In this article, the flow equations of capillary, membrane Restrictors, and spool are used to study the static and dynamic characteristics of static and dynamic mixed pressure neck bearings and the stability of the supported Jeffcott rotor-bearing system. The Reynolds equation is established by the perturbation method to simulate the bearing oil film, and the throttle parameters, the number of oil cavities and other related parameters are set, and then the finite difference method is used to solve it iteratively. The static and dynamic characteristics of the bearing are obtained to discuss the damping coefficient, stiffness coefficient and inertia The influence of force threshold and critical swirl ratio on the static and dynamic characteristics and stability of the system.
