CNC大型RRTTT龍門五軸工具機結構優化設計與體積誤差量測之研究

摘要


面對高科技產業對CNC 工具機在大行程、高效率複雜形狀加工能力與 高精度的強烈需求,所以有需要致力於精密大型龍門五軸工具機的研發; 為協助發展高精度的CNC RRTTT 五軸大型龍門工具機,本文擬從組態分 析、結構剛性分析和五軸同動體積誤差檢測技術三方面進行研究。在考慮 主要誤差源情形下,研究中應用CAE 技術配合動柔度分析與模態分析針對 大型CNC RRTTT 五軸龍門工具機的鞍座、橫樑及立柱進行結構剛性及輕 量化的優化設計。另外,由於目前尚無一套適合於五軸龍門機型的體積誤 差量測系統,研究中也將針對大型龍門五軸工具機的特性,結合 Ball-Bar System、Single Socket Method、旋轉誤差模型及二階段量測法,發展一低成 本、高效率的體積誤差量測系統,讓操作者能夠快速瞭解機台總精度,並 據以進行控制器參數調校或機台設計改善之用,而測得的誤差未來也能配 合誤差補償方法用以提升機台加工精度。設計結果已提供給合作廠商進行 機台製作,相關實機測試結果顯示所提出的量測方法具可行性與有效性。

Due to the high market demand on CNC machine tools with characteristics of large workspace, high-efficiency machining capability for complex contour, and high accuracy from high technology industry, machine tools manufacturers in Taiwan need to devote on the development of large CNC 5-axis gantry-type machine tools to increase the international market share. On the other hand, it also helps to enhance the competition strength of Taiwanese companies and prevent them from the low-price competition from china and Korean competitors. To help to develop a large and high-accuracy CNC RRTTT-type 5-axis gantry-type machine tool, analysis of static/dynamic stiffness, design of configuration and structure, and development of 5-axis volumetric error measurement method were made in this research. Computer-aided Engineering technology combined with dynamic compliance analysis and modal analysis was used to conduct the optimal design for machine’s spindle head, gantry, and base. Because so far no volumetric error measurement method is available for the machine, with integration of ball-bar system, Single Socket Method, rotation error model, and 2-step measurement algorithm, a low-cost and high efficiency volumetric error measurement method was developed in this project. By the measurement method, machine manufacturers can quickly understand the total accuracy of the machine, and the measured errors can be further used for control parameter tuning, design improvement, and error compensation. Final design results will be promptly given to cooperation manufacturer for machine manufacturing. Experiments applying to the machine made by cooperation manufacturer were conducted to verify the research results,and the results Hve shown the effectiveness of the proposed methed.
