摘要


本論文中提出以電壓差動電流傳輸器(DVCC)設計之高輸入阻抗電壓式三輸入萬用二階濾波器。所提出的電路有三個輸入端,由三個電壓差動電流傳輸器(DVCCs)、兩個接地電容、兩個電阻所組成。此濾波器可以透過調整不同的輸入訊號來實現高通、帶通、低通、帶拒、全通五種標準濾波器之功能,並具有以下之特性:沒有元件匹配的限制、使用接地電容、高輸入阻抗、低主被動元件靈敏度。

In this paper, a voltage-mode universal biquadratic filter with high input impedance is presented. The proposed circuit has three input terminals and uses three differential voltage current conveyors (DVCCs), two grounded capacitors and two resistors. It can realize all the standard filter functions that are highpass, bandpass, lowpass, notch, and allpass filters by the adjustments of input voltage signals and offer the following features: no requirements for component matching conditions, the use of only grounded capacitors, high input impedance and low active and passive sensitivities.
