壓電材料具有可將電能與機械能相互轉換的特性,而利用壓電材料所製成的馬達即稱為壓電超音波馬達,具有體積小、重量輕、響應快速、結構簡單不受磁場影響等特色。 本研究將利用專利分析探討壓電超音波馬達之技術發展狀況。針對歐洲專利局專利資料庫進行相關壓電超音波馬達的檢索,研究結果以專利資料進行統計分析製作的專利管理圖包括專利件數分析、競爭國家分析、競爭專利權人分析、發明人分析、引證次數分析、專利分類號IPC以及專利技術分析共8項,分析結果得到國家、公司及發明人在壓電馬達技術競爭力及創新力的量化表現;在競爭國家別分析得知日本專利產出高出其他國家甚多,在公司別分析得知專利產出數量最高者為MATSUSHITA ELECTRIC IND CO LTD。此專利及分析結果可提供給企業及工程師作為參考,以協助開發研究及節省研發時間,作為新專利產生之參考,並迴避侵權問題,此外可使企業了解競爭者之核心競爭力。
Piezoelectric material has an interactive energy converting feature between electrical and mechanical momentum actions. The motor is made by piezoelectric material usually called Ultrasonic Motor with the feasures of small size, light weight, fast response, simple structure, low influence of magnetic field and so on. This report makes use of patent analysis methodology to discover the development of piezoelectric ultrasonic motor. European Patent Authority's patent database system is used to investigate the similar type of piezoelectric ultrasonic motor. The patent management plan is built and adopted with eight items of patent analyses including patent quantities, competitive countries, competitive holders, inventors, patent citation, IPC classification and patent technology. These analytical results obtain the competitive and creative quantitative performance of piezoelectric ultrasonic motor technology from variety of countries, companies and inventors. All analyses indicate the Japanese produce a great of amount of patents much higher than other countries. In particular, the most superior patent producer is MATSUSHITA ELECTRIC IND CO LTD. All patents and analyses information can provide any enterprises and engineers as important reference documents for patent application and avoidance of patent infringement, which is instrumental to new research development and time saving. Moreover, this approach is useful for the enterprises to fully understand the core competition of other competitors.
