隨著全球競爭環境的激烈變化,企業除了專注於本身的利益,亦必須與上下游的廠商合作,以提昇整體供應鏈的競爭能力。因而許多公司想要藉著有效的供應鏈管理來增加其營運利潤及改善對顧客的服務,以往供應鏈各成員之間的敵對關係,將被彼此合作的關係來取代,以使供應鏈整體的成本縮減,並能精準的決策,快速回應市場需求。 在此研究中考慮一個供應鏈,其中含有一個製造商及一個零售商,零售商向製造商訂購產品以作為銷售之用,所訂購的產品屬於短生命週期產品,另外考量產品運送時間的不確定性,製造商的原料訂購狀況,零售商的資金限制。在此狀況下探討在製造商及零售商整合及未整合兩種情形下,其最佳訂購策略及期望利潤的差異狀況。
In a constantly changing and globally competitive environment, it is critical for companies to corporate with other players in the supply chain. This will increase the supply chain’s competitive capability and improve customer service. In order to decrease costs, to improve decision making, and to respond quickly to demand, the adversarial relationship between the players in the supply chain must be replaced by cooperative partnerships. In this research, we consider a supply chain problem consisting of a retailer and a manufacturer. The retailer obtains the short life cycle products from the manufacturer for sale to the customers. We also consider the uncertainty of the products delivery time, the material ordering environment, and the retailer’s available capital constraint. In the cases described above, we develop the optimal ordering policy and compare the expected profit with and without coordination.
