摘要 隨著TFT-LCD產業快速發展,以及對下游供應商彩色濾光片(Color Filter)的品質要求水準的提昇,使得色度量測儀器所需的精準度相對的也提高。ISO / TS16949品質系統之量測系統分析( Measurement System Analysis,MSA ) 之再現性與再生性( Gage Repeatability and Reproducibility,GR&R )是衡量量具是否精密的一種方法。本研究使用量測系統分析的方法,利用變異數分析來分析,並以所得的數據分析量測人員、量測設備、或零件本身之變異,再依此改善量測系統能力。且使用兩成對母體檢定(Paired T-Test),確認兩量測系統的量測數據是否顯著,進而解決出貨的問題與部門間的衝突,以達到雙贏的局面。
Abstract In this decade, TFT-LCD industry develops rapidly. In the mean time, the quality requirements of downstream color filter become tougher and tougher. Therefore, the necessary precision of chromatic measuring equipment is relatively increased. Gage repeatability and reproducibility (GR&R) of measurement system analysis (MSA), which is cited in ISO/TS 16949 quality management system, is one of the methods to measure the precision of measurement equipment. The study is based on methods of measurement system analysis. With the approach of ANOVA, the variations of appraisers, equipment, or within parts are analyzed. The capability of measurement equipment could be improved accordingly. Besides, with paired t-test method, the significance of measuring data between 2 measurement systems could be evaluated. Then, the product delivery problems and conflicts between departments could be solved to achieve win-win situation.
