摘要

第三方物流是最近十年來台灣物流產業發展的一個新興行業，本研究係由倉儲管理系統的角度來探討藉由第三方物流產業在ASP的應用。物流管理資訊系統為第三方物流業者最重要的競爭利器，而倉儲管理資訊系統（Warehouse management system；WMS）為其最重要的核心部份。一個設計良好的倉儲管理資訊系統可以增加物流中心的作業效率、提昇顧客服務品質，除了可達到顧客滿意和創造經營新契機外，因其具有附加價值創造的功能，在供應鏈的整體運作體系中也是重要樞紐。
應用服務供應商是軟硬體使用或商業流程服務模式的新變革。它結合資訊委外與網際網路的特性，使得軟硬體的使用或商業流程的應用，從原先一機一套軟體或一對一的服務，演變為使用者僅需連上網路伺服器，即可共享一套軟體或服務，透過網路分享資源之概念，將資訊系統與網際網路科技結合並發揮綜效。
本篇論文共分為六個章節，第一章為緒論，說明本研究的背景與動機、研究目的、研究範圍與限制、研究問題、研究方法與研究流程；第二章為文獻探討簡介第三方物流、倉儲管理資訊系統與應用服務提供者；第三章系統分析與設計；第四章為系統實作；第五章為結論與建議。

Third party logistics industry is recent a new and developing trade of logistics industry development of Taiwan over the past ten years, this research is probed into with the application in ASP of third party logistics industry by the angle of the warehouse management system. The management information system of the logistics is the most important competition edge toll of third party logistics industry, and the Warehouse management system; WMS) is most important key part. The good warehouse management system can increase the efficiency of the logistics center, promote customer service quality, besides can reach customers satisfaction and create the new opportunity for business, because its function worth adding and create, it is an important pivot too in the whole operation system of the supply chain.

The ASP is the new change that the software and hardware uses the method of service in business process. The characteristic that it combine information outsource and the internet, make business process application or procedure of software and hardware, from originally a machine and a set of software or a service for one on one, it only needs to have the network server in succession to develop into the user, can share a suit of software or the service, share the concept of resources through the network, combine and produce with internet network science and technology the comprehensive result of the information system. The thesis is divided into six chapters, chapter one the introduction, state the background and motive, research purpose, research range and restriction, research problem, research approach and research procedure of this research; Chapter two probe into third party logistics industry of brief introduction, the warehouse management system and the application service provider; Chapter three system analysis and system design; Chapter four do in fact for the system; Chapter five conclusion and suggestion.
