摘要


企業經營的目標在於擁有較佳的效率、品質、創新與客戶回應等競爭優勢,因此,許多企業無不紛紛導入產品資料管理等系統來輔助產品開發,而這類系統雖能幫助使用者於設計開發階段方便管理所產生的資訊、檔案、訊息等,並無法實際引導使用者進行開發設計,並且在模具概念設計階段,更是需要經驗豐富的人才方得以進行設計,在時效與準確的回饋客戶間往往不能兩全。 因此本研究在於規劃與建構一套網路化與客製化之模具設計引導系統,以市場應用最廣之模具設計CAD軟體為核心,引用產品資料管理之理念與關聯式資料庫管理系統之基礎來建構本系統,再結合模具設計軟體之二次開發元件,達到與CAD軟體完美的整合以及設計流程的標準化與自動化;並藉由歷史知識庫主動的提供相關設計問題點來降低模具開發前可能發生的問題;透過此系統來進行模具概念設計,能將原本開發工時由數天大幅縮短至半天內,新進人員亦能快速上手,並有效地與客戶達到即時資訊共享之協同開發目的。

The goal of having enterprise management is to obtain the competitive advantage of better efficiency, quality, innovation and customer responds. As such, most enterprises implement the Product Life Management (PLM) system to assist them in product design and development. Although the Product Life Management (PLM) system help users manage the information, files, and messages in designing at the developing stage, it can not interact directly with CAD system. Moreover, the conceptual design of plastic parts faces the unprecedented challenge and demands of time and preciseness. Therefore, this research aims at developing a web-based mold-design navigating system which provides standard and automatic components to shorten the process by seamlessly integrating with CAD system, the secondary development-tools of CAD system and the Relational Database Management System (RDBMS). Furthermore, this system can greatly help the inexperienced designers and provide the collaborative environment of designing process.
