大學藝術中心組織與功能定位之研究

摘要
在大學成立藝術中心，首先應先依其所具備的條件定位而成立，繼而發展。但經瞭解，國內有些大學藝術中心所擁有的條件並非全然適合其應有之定位。本研究以統計的概念就所收集的資料來分析，並以組織架構、軟硬體設施、展覽內涵、及教育推廣為影響因子，透過本研究分析之結果，我們瞭解到：1、國內大學藝術中心的分類；2、大學藝術中心的定位與各影響因子之間的關係；3、以及欲成立理想性大學藝術中心必須具備的條件。
本研究分成四部份：1、透過大學藝術中心的歷史回顧，以瞭解大學藝術中心的發展脈絡；2、對影響國內大學藝術中心定位的影響因子做一完整的調查與統計；3、以大學藝術中心所扮演的四種角色與影響因子做相關性分析以對大學藝術中心作分類；4、做一個案檢驗。
本研究發現，欲成立一所理想性大學藝術中心需具備下列條件：1、屬一級行政單位且具備有專業團隊；2、編制人數大於5人並分組，空間大小在700m2以上；3、年平均七個展覽檔次，其中至少一個是全國性展覽；4、以教育推廣為目的的功能
本研究發現，大學藝術中心可分成三種型態：1.計劃性理想型：其定位是美術館，其建構是佈陣式的，與校園同時生長；2.成長性標準型：其定位是藝文中心，其建構是以結合校園的軟硬體；3.綜合性新設型：其定位是展示場，其建構是擴張式的，同時具有計劃的變動性。
大學藝術中心是一個以學術為基礎的教育推廣單位，不但要以專業的方式運作，在構成條件上還需具一定的規模，以發展出清楚之定位。

Abstract
The art center is established in the university, should be positioning and tenable in accordance with the condition possessed by it at first, then development. But understood , the positioning of some domestic art center of university are not completely suitable for they should be . In this study, the statistic concept was used for analysis and the institutional framework , software and hardware facility , exhibition intension and education and promotion were used for the influencing factors, Through the result in this study, we know: 1, Domestic art centre of university classification; 2, the relationship between the positioning of the art center of the university and each influence factor 3, and the criterions to establish the ideal art center of university
In this study, it is divided into four parts: 1, Through the historical retrospect of the art centre of the university to understand the development of the art center of the university; 2, do an investigation to understand the relationship between influencing factors and the positioning of domestic art center of university; 3,Make dependence analysis for four kinds of roles acted with the art centre of the university and influencing factors 4, do a case to examine .
In this study , we found that the followings are the criterions to establish an ideal artistic centre of university: 1, Belong to the first class administrative unit and possess professional group; 2, The number of people is greater than 5 and divide into groups to work out, the size of space is in above 700m2; 3, annual average seven pieces of exhibition grade, one of them is the nationwide exhibition at least o; 4, popularize for the function of the purpose with education
In this study, we also found that the art center of the university can divide into three kinds of types : 1.Planned ideal type: It belongs to Art Museum, it is built and constructed , grows with the campus at the same time ; 2.Growth standard type: It belongs to art center, it is built and constructed with the software and hardware of the campus ; 3.Comprehensive increasing newly type: it is built and constructed with expanding and changing.
The art center of the university is a education based on academy to popularize the unit, not only will operate by way of speciality, will still need to have certain scale in forming the condition , in order to develop out clear positioning .
