桃園市國小教師資訊素養、教學創新與使用同步遠距教學意願關係之研究

The Relationships between Information Literacy、Teaching Innovation and Synchronous Distance Learning Usage Intentions for Elementary School Teachers in Taoyuan City

摘要


本研究旨在了解桃園市國小教師資訊素養、教學創新與使用同步遠距教學意願之現況;探討不同背景變項之差異,並分析其相關情形、預測情形及中介效果。本研究採取的研究方法為問卷調查法,以桃園市國小教師作為本研究母群體,以量表問卷做為研究工具,依分層隨機抽樣方式,抽取桃園市國小教師450人,填答「桃園市國小教師資訊素養、教學創新與使用同步遠距教學意願關係之問卷」。 問卷回收後進行資料處理與統計分析,並採信效度分析、敘述性統計分析、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、相關分析、迴歸分析、結構方程式等統計方法進行彙整。本研究結果歸納如下: 一、桃園市國小教師資訊素養、教學創新與使用同步遠距教學意願之現況均達 到「中上」程度。 二、不同服務年資之桃園市國小教師的資訊素養有顯著差異。 三、不同學校規模之桃園市國小教師的教學創新有顯著差異。 四、不同最高學歷及學校規模之桃園市國小教師的使用同步遠距教學意願有顯 著差異。 五、教師資訊素養與教學創新具有顯著正相關。 六、教師資訊素養與使用同步遠距教學意願具有顯著正相關。 七、教師資訊素養對教學創新、使用同步遠距教學意願具有顯著的預測力。 八、教學創新對教師資訊素養與使用同步遠距教學意願具有中介效果。 最後,本研究依據上述結果,提出相關建議,俾供教育行政機關、各學校與教師,以及後續研究者參考。

This study aims to understand the current conditions, differences, correlation, forecast and intermediary effect among elementary school teachers’ information literacy, teaching innovation and synchronous distance learning usage intentions in Taoyuan city. The study used questionnaires and used stratified random sampling to selecte 450 teachers to answer the questionnaire of “Information Literacy Teaching Innovation and Synchronous Distance Learning Usage Intentions for Elementary School Teachers in Taoyuan City”. The data were analyzed by the statistical methods including reliability and validity analysis, descriptive statistics, independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation, multiple regression analysis and SEM. The results of the study can be concluded as follows: 1. The current conditions of elementary school teachers’ information literacy, teaching innovation and synchronous distance learning usage intentions in Taoyuan city are above average. 2. Teachers who work within 5 years or over 21 years have a higher perception of information literacy . 3. Teachers who teach in middle-scale schools have a higher perception of teaching innovation. 4. Teachers who teach in middle-scale schools, graduated from college have a higher perception of synchronous distance learning usage intentions. 5. There is a high correlation between teachers’ information literacy and teaching Innovation. 6. There is a high correlation between teachers’ information literacy and synchronous distance learning usage intentions. 7. Teachers’ information literacy have the significant prediction toward teaching innovation and synchronous distance learning usage intentions. 8. Teaching innovation is the moderate variable between teachers’ information literacy and synchronous distance learning usage intentions. Finally, based on the above results, the study offers suggestions for the educational administrative institutions, elementary schools and teachers, and future researchers.
