本研究旨在探討臺中市國民小學教師資訊素養與終身學習關鍵能力的知覺現況,並分析臺中市國民小學教師資訊素養與終身學習關鍵能力之關係。本研究採用問卷調查法進行研究,以臺中市公立國民小學教師為對象,共發出526份問卷,回收問卷502份,有效問卷493份,有效問卷回收率為93.7%。以SPSS 12.0統計軟體為工具,進行敘述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關及多元逐步迴歸分析等資料分析。本研究獲得結論如下: 一、國民小學教師對資訊素養之知覺現況屬中上程度表現。 二、國民小學教師對終身學習關鍵能力之知覺現況屬中上程度表現。 三、國民小學教師在背景變項中,包含不同性別、年齡、服務年資、學歷背景、擔任職務,在資訊素養的知覺程度上達顯著差異。 四、國民小學教師在背景變項中,包含不同服務年資和擔任職務,在終身學習關鍵能 力的知覺程度上達顯著差異。 五、國民小學教師資訊素養的知覺程度,與終身學習關鍵能力具有顯著正相關。 六、國民小學教師資訊素養的知覺程度,對終身學習關鍵能力具有顯著預測力。 最後根據研究結果提出建議,供教育相關單位、國小教師及未來研究者參考。
This study intended to inquire the perception of information literacy and key competences for lifelong learning of elementary school teachers in Taichung City. This study also sought to analyze the correlations between information literacy and key competences for lifelong learning. The study adopted questionnaire survey research. The study is based on the teachers in public primary schools in Taichung City. The participants were 526 elementary school teachers; 502 questionnaires were collected; 493 valid questionnaires were collected; the response rate is 93.7%. SPSS 12.0 is used as major tool for descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson roduct-moment correlation and stepwise multiple regression analysis. The conclusions of the study were as follows: 1. The elementary school teachers’ information literacy are above the average. 2. The elementary school teachers’ key competences for lifelong learning are above the average. 3. There were significant differences in the perception of information literacy with the different background variances of the elementary school teachers, such as gender, age, seniority, educational level, and position. 4. There were significant differences in the perception of key competences for lifelong learning with the different background variances of the elementary school teachers, such as seniority and position. 5. There were significant positive correlations in the perception degrees between information literacy and key competences for lifelong learning of the elementary school teachers. 6. There were significant predict ability to the key competences for lifelong learning by the perception degrees of information literacy of the elementary school teachers. According to the conclusions, this study provides some suggestions for educational authorities, the elementary school teachers and the future researchers.
