臺中市國小教師自我導向學習傾向與教師效能關係之研究

摘要


臺中市國小教師自我導向學習傾向與教師效能關係之研究 指導教授:胡夢鯨 博士 學生:蘇鈺菁 摘 要 本研究旨在了解臺中市國小教師自我導向學習傾向與教師效能現況, 分析不同背景變項的臺中市國小教師在其自我導向學習傾向與教師效能之差異情形,進一步分析教師自我導向學習傾向與其教師效能之間的關係。 為達成研究目的,首先針對自我導向學習傾向及教師效能之相關文獻探討,並發展調查問卷初搞,經過預試後之項目分析及因素分析等過程,建構出「國民小學教師自我導向學習傾向與教師效能關係之研究」問卷。 以問卷調查法分層隨機抽取臺中市國民小學教師,共發出470份,有效問卷為415份,有效樣本回收率為88 ﹪。再經統計方法分析,歸納所得結果,獲得以下五點結論: 一、臺中市國民小學教師自我導向學習傾向現況具有中上水準表現,其中 以「自主學習」表現最好;相較之下,「創造學習」則略顯缺乏。 二、臺中市國民小學教師之教師效能現況有中高度的認同,以「學校組織 因素」層面最佳;相較之下,「社會環境因素」層面則須加強。 三、男性或研究所畢業或服務年資21年以上之臺中市國民小學教師,有 較高之自我導向學習傾向。 四、師範院校(含師專)學歷或服務年資21年以上或兼任行政職務或已婚 或學校規模12班以下之臺中市國民小學教師,有較高之教師效能。 五、臺中市國民小學教師自我導向學習傾向越好則教師效能越佳。 並根據研究結論,分別對教育行政機關、學校行政、學校教師及未來研究提出建議。 關鍵詞:國小教師、自我導向學習傾向、教師效能

A Study on the Relationship between Teacher self-directed learning readiness and Teaching efficacy for the Elementary School Teachers in Taichung City. Adversior:Dr. Meng-Ching Hu Student:Yu-Ching Su ABSTRACT The study emphasizes on discussion the actual situation in the teachers’self-directed learning readiness and teacher efficacy of the elementary school teachers in Taichung city. To analyze the differences of teachers’self-directed learning readiness and teacher efficacy in the elementary school in Taichung city depending on different background variables and to discuss the relationships among teachers’self-directed learning readiness and teacher efficacy. In order to achieve the objetive of this study, the methods of literature review about the correlated themes were first adopted, and then this study proceeded to do the first draft questionnaire survey.After the processes of item and factor analysis from the prior test, the research instrument------“The questionnaire of the study of the relationship between self-directed learning readiness and teacher efficacy of elementary school teachers ”was formed according to the above analysis. Using questionnaire survey, the research selects elementary school teachers in Taichung City by layer random sampling. Totals are 470 questionnaires distributed and 415 valid questionnaires. The effective sample feedback rate is 88%. After statistics analysis, there are five concluded results as followings: 1.Elementary school teachers in Taichung city have high self-directed learning readiness in this study, especially in“self-learning ” . Comparison with this , “creating learning “ isn’t very good. 2.The teachers’ awareness on teacher efficacy in Taichung city is higher than the mean, “school factors “ is the best;however, “social environmental factors “ still needs to be enhanced. 3.Male or serving more than 21 years or graduated from a graduate institute in Taichung city elementary school teachers, has the higher self-directed learning readiness. 4.The teacher efficacy is significantly higher for the teachers in Taichung city with the following background variablesl:graduating from education colleges or serving over 21 years or working in the administration departments or married or the school scale is below 12 classes. 5.The more active the self-directed learning readiness of elementary school teachers in Taichung city, the higher teacher efficacy they have. Regarding the study result, we will provide the suggestion to education administration, school administration, school teacher for further study.
