成人教育中不同背景學生學習需求之調查研究:以桃園市就讀國中補校者為例

摘要


摘 要 本研究旨在探討成人教育中,桃園市內就讀國中補校的學生不同背景間之就學需求情形,採用量化研究方式做探討。本研究選定桃園市內現有十五所設有補校之國中為調查範圍,以填答者自陳方式進行研究,探討不同背景間之就學需求情形。回收問卷將以SPSS 軟體進行資料登入分析探討,以探討國中補校學生不同背景之學習需求。本研究欲探討的目的如下: 一、瞭解當前桃園市地區國中補校在學學生學習需求的現況; 二、探討不同背景的桃園市地區國中補校學生學習需求的差異情況; 三、了解國中補校學生畢業後之升學意願; 四、依據研究結果提出建議,以供相關單位及課程規劃人員參考,以期 促進有學習需求的學生得到高品質的學習。 透過問卷調查法,請國中補校學生就其自身就學需求填答,讓希望本研究結果可以讓國中補校有學習需求之學生得到更佳的學習機會,也希望本研究可以對日後規畫國中補校課程之相關人員提供參考,進而提高民眾對於補校學習的意願及吸引力,讓有需求就讀補校的民眾能達成自己的願景。

Abstract The purpose of this study was to examine the schooling needs of students from different backgrounds attending junior high schools in adult education in Taoyuan City, and to do so using a quantitative study. Fifteen junior high schools in Taoyuan City were selected as the survey area, and the study was conducted by means of self-reporting. The collected questionnaires were analyzed using SPSS software to explore the learning needs of students from different backgrounds in junior high schools. The purpose of this study is as follows. (1) To understand the current situation of the learning needs of students attending junior high schools in Taoyuan City. (2) To explore the differences in the learning needs of students from different backgrounds in the Taoyuan City area. (3) To understand the post-graduation intentions of students in junior high schools. (4) To make recommendations based on the study results for the reference of relevant units and curriculum planners in order to promote high-quality learning for students with learning needs. It is hoped that the results of this study can provide better learning opportunities for students with learning needs in the remedial schools, and that this study can provide reference for those who plan the remedial school curriculum in the future, so as to increase the willingness and attractiveness of remedial schools to the public, and to enable those who need to attend remedial schools to achieve their visions.
