基於IEC 61850通訊協定之 一致性測試與背景流量分析

摘要


IEC 61850通訊協定普遍使用於智慧變電所的自動化控制。IEC 61850對於通訊傳輸速度亦即封包傳遞時間有一定的要求,因此,在其標準規範IEC 61850-10中定義了一致性測試的要求。本論文的主旨係於IEC 61850通訊協定環境中,透過偵測故障電壓/電流訊號進行一致性測試。 在偵測故障電流和電壓訊號時,會因為邏輯點本身的週期時間影響傳輸過程中的延遲時間,因此,本研究使用棘輪電驛切換開關,以避免手動切換造成的故障訊號不穩定或切換時間延遲,甚至誤觸發。本研究依據IEC 61850-10的測試規範,透過量測通用物件導向變電所事件(Generic Object Orient Substation Event, GOOSE)的傳輸時間,進行一致性測試,評估在特定應用下偵測故障電流和電壓的時間是否符合IEC 61850的規範標準。 此外,為評估網路壅塞造成的效應,本研究在乙太網路頻寬100 Mbps,背景下載為10 MBps封包的情況下,進行通訊比較測試,以觀察背景流量的大小對資料傳輸時間的影響。

The IEC 61850 communication protocol is widely used in the automation control of smart substations. IEC 61850 has serious demands on communication speed, that is, packet delivery time. Therefore, the requirements for conformance testing are defined in its specification IEC 61850-10 standard. The main purpose of this thesis is to perform conformance testing by detecting voltage/current fault signals in the environment of IEC 61850 communication protocol. When a logic point detects current or voltage fault signals, the cycle time of the logic point itself will affect the delay time in the transmission process. Therefore, this study uses a ratchet relay to avoid the unstable fault signal or switching time caused by manual switching, delay, or even false triggering. According to the test specification of IEC 61850-10, this study conducts conformance testing by measuring the transmission time of Generic Object Orient Substation Event (GOOSE) of current or voltage fault signals under a specific application to conform the results compliance with the normative standard of IEC61850. In addition, in order to evaluate the effect of network congestion, this study conducted a communication comparison test under the condition that the Ethernet bandwidth is 100 Mbps and the background download is 10 MBps packets to observe the impact of the background traffic on the data transmission time.
