摘要


高壓斷路器主要作為電力系統的開斷之用,需承受長時間的高電壓、大電流及巨幅溫度變化之衝擊。一旦發生故障,往往造成範圍廣大的停電,損失非常慘重。故如何維持高壓斷路器的正常功能,並進一步延長其使用期限,及預知事故的發生,以防範於未然,是相當重要的課題。欲達此目的,有賴於良好的維護,並藉由試驗及診斷技術來預防事故的發生。其中以絕緣試驗及診斷具有關鍵性的影響,因為絕緣破壞往往是斷路器故障的主要原因。 本技術報告主要檢討整套高壓斷路器之試驗及診斷技術,並整合相關試驗項目,以便即早發現斷路器內部的異常現象,並判斷其可能衍生的故障類型及其發生的位置,達到預防維護的目的。報告中首先描述斷路器之構造、基本原理及附屬保護裝置,繼而介紹目前高壓斷路器常做的試驗項目及其內容,並以預防維護為主要的探討對象。最後將實際試驗的結果,分析推演應實施的維護及時程,以達成設備預防性維護、延長設備壽命及防範突發事故發生之目的。

The High Voltage Circuit Breaker, which should withstand high voltage stress, large current, and wide temperature range for a long time duration is mainly made for circulation and disconnection of power system. Since a Circuit Breaker failure usually causes damage of facilities and a large area blackout which means a tremendous losse, hence, it is an important issue to maintain the Circuit Breaker under normal conditions even to prolong its lifetime and to predicate the failure for prevention damages occurred. Therefore, enhancement of Circuit Breaker maintenance by various tests and diagnosis techniques is necessary, in which, the insulation tests and its diagnosis are the most affection factors due to most of failures caused by the insulation breakdown. This report mainly discusses the Circuit Breaker tests and diagnosis techniques. It also collects the related tests for early finding the internal abnormal phenomena. Further technique and procedure for determining the failure type and location are developed. In this report, the Circuit Breaker structure, operation principle and its protection accessories are described firstly. Then, the conventional Circuit Breaker tests are reviewed, in which, the preventive maintenance is focused. Finally, the results of actual tests, are used to achieve the procedure of preventive maintenance for extending equipment lifetime and preventing unexpected incidents.
