本研究藉由透過探討台灣石英產業大廠優異的競爭能力,在面對電子通訊產品快速變化、競爭對手技術發展威脅、異業產品崛起之下,如何凝聚企業文化並有效發揮企業競爭力,以確保企業持續保持良好之經營績效。 文章中以車用石英元件作為探討主題,分析未來車用電子市場的發展,及連結個案公司新產品的核心技術發展,對整體石英產業所面臨的挑戰,運用SWOT分析找出個案公司各項優缺點 由結論進行短、中、長期對策因應,以期能夠有效面對市場所有挑戰。 此外,在研究過程之中,對於國際美中貿易情勢的動盪,造成生產區域變遷所帶來競爭優劣勢的轉換,與AI智慧產業的興起對未來生產製造的革命性影響進行建議,作為後續企業策略之參考。
This study mainly explores how to condense corporate culture and effectively leverage its competitiveness by exploring the superior competitiveness of Taiwan’s quartz industry giants in the face of rapid changes in electronic communication products, threats to competitor technology development, and the rise of foreign products. Ensure that the company continues to maintain good management performance. In the article, the quartz component of the car is used as the topic of discussion to analyze the development of the future automotive electronics market, and to link the core technology development of the new products of the case company. To challenge the overall quartz industry, use SEOT analysis to find out the merits of the case company. The shortcomings are based on short-, medium-, and long-term countermeasures in order to effectively face all the challenges of the market. In addition, in the course of the research, the turmoil of the advantages and disadvantage of the competition brought about by the changes in the production area, and the proposal of the rise of the AI smart industry to the revolutionary impact of future manufacturing, as a reference for follow-up corporate strategy.
